    "Unerwartet gut"
    Von der Fähre Cherbourg nachts kommend ist die Beschilderung ungenügend.Wenn dann das Zimmer auch noch trotz Reservierung vergeben ist,ist man sauer.Also-bei Buchung deutlich auf Ankunftszeit hinweisen,wenn diese etwas später liegt oder sich verspätet.Personal,besonders Natalie,sehr hilfsbereit.Zimmer renoviert und gut ,Frühstück hervorragend und sehr variiert.
    "Night of little sleep"
    Two very flat old pillows were on the beds, we search and found better filled new pillows which we switched to. The double glazing did not pose any degree of a barrier. We could hear all the traffic passing through the night, even though infrequently, which disrupted our sleep. The curtains only dropped to the edge of the window ledge, therefore as soon as it got a little light it flooded into the room, further disturbing sleep. When issues reported at the hotel and next day to customer services the response from both was just sorry. Customer service said none of the issues constituted any action under their good sleep guarantee policy. So what does it cover? They will look into it to try to make sure it’s better for the next customers. But if you suffer a bad sleep just deal with it and accept the apology.
    "Avoid at all costs"
    Like many I have stayed in many premier inns over the years. This one is by far the worst. Upon check in we had multiple issues with room set ups with all confirmations prior being overlooked. The whole place is tired and need of renovation. The pub/ restaurant attached is understaffed. Unwillinging to accommodate food requests with staff so uninterested it’s beyond belief. Guest relations have point blank ignored me after a few email exchanges and unwillinging to offer any gesture of goodwill for what was a complete oversight there end. Hence this review. It’s shame that higher management at premier inn are seemingly happy with how this site runs. Take my advice and avoid at all costs.
    "The worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in!"
    Cannot recommend this hotel. Booked for bed, breakfast & evening meal but many items on menu were not available; and some that were did not have the accompanying sauce!! Whilst room was clean & tidy, there is no working temperature control and the thermostat showed a constant 22 degrees!!
    "Awfull"
    The worst experience I have ever had sunday night food took hours when it arrive half of what I should have had on my plate didn't arrive when I challenged chief she just told me about her problem that I.was not interested in Monday night she gave me menu that stated all the food they didn't have absolutely awfull i paid for 2 meal deals what a waste of money if any one frome Senior members of premier inn are reading.this I.would like a refund for food I never had As no-one here cares.
