"The Best hotel in Manchester"
First of all I will state that this is the best hotel in every respect. I asked for a room with a view on a high floor, my room was room 1010 on the 10th floor overlooking the canal with a view across to the distant hills. The room was spotless with a lovely comfortable bed. I had some of the best nights sleep in ages. There were three lifts close by so journeys up and down were ,cellent and trouble free. I had booked a breakfast each day. There was a a lovely selection of hot and cold food and drinks. I loved the friendliness of all the staff thet I met during my stay. As I don't drive, the hotel is a short walk from both the Piccadilly railway station and the City centre of Manchester for trams, buses and shops.
"Great staff"
Staff were all really friendly and helpful - particularly Oshane. Matters a lot after a bad, delayed journey. Great location too - very close to Piccadilly station.
"A great hotel, with amazing staff."
Great staff. The lass with the dark hair (possibly the manager) gave great service and made sure that all of our needs were catered for. We had a bit of confusion over our booking when we checked in, but she sorted everything for us. Two drunk people (not guests) walked in and started arguing with each other. She went outside and calmed them down. She really is a credit to her employer. A nice, clean pleasant hotel, right near the railway station.
"Terrible diversity"
Stereotyped when checked in and frowned and looked down on me and my friend are in our 40s and in town for gig but straight away down graded from our family room we payed for as the reception deemed us unfit for . We stayed 2 nights no room service We payed a premium price and treated like lads in a hostel . We both work in tourism and were genuinely shocked by this appalling treatment My faith in premier inn shattered
"Perfect base for Co-op live arena"
Excellent base for concert at co-op live arena. Close to bus and tram links and about a 40 minute walk. Hotel is lovely and clean, both social areas and bedrooms. Beds as always very comfy. Breakfast was well stocked and quickly replenished. All staff lovely and welcoming. Parking is off site but literally across the road and discounted for guests. Would definitely recommend and use again.
