"Very welcoming."
Lovely hotel with lovely decoration, great friendly workers very helpful and very welcoming for two young women who were a bit lost. Good location in the middle very convenient. Thank you Oshane for your help.
"great stay"
amazing stay at this Premier Inn! As always, the service was fantastic, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the exceptional help from Oshane. He was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Oshane’s friendly and helpful attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt valued and well taken care of. We highly recommend this Premier Inn and are already planning our next visit. We will be back soon!
"Great hotel for city centre Manchester"
Excellent location for city centre and Piccadilly station. Fabulous shower, comfortable bed and unlimited tea and coffee for the room The only thing that spoiled it was the impersonal check in, it was like ordering a burger in a fast food restaurant, even had to charge my room key myself. I'm getting on a bit, I don't need that hassle after a 6 hour journey.
"Great Location, Great Service"
Premier Inn Manchester Piccadilly is in a perfect location for exploring the city, especially if arriving in Manchester by train. We booked a Premier Plus room, which are all on the top two floors, with rooms overlooking the city or the Piccadilly Basin. Our first room's aircon stopped working on the hottest day of the year, and we were moved to another room on the opposite side, and the next floor up, with no issues - it was blissfully cool! It's well worth paying for Premier Plus -- the top floors are quiet, with little outside noise coming in, despite its proximity to Piccadilly Station, and being in the middle of the city. If you have a room overlooking Piccadilly Basin, at the front of the hotel, all you can hear is the water in the canal lock, which is lovely to wake up to. Breakfast is plentiful, with good variety, including GF options. Will definitely come back!
"Shocking Customer Care"
PREMIER INN, Piccadilly Manchester - shocking experience with poor customer service. Your customer service is a joke! You cancelled our room on the afternoon we were due to arrive, The automated email said the below: “We’re really sorry your stay has been cancelled but you can rest easy knowing we’re here to help when you’re ready to book your next trip. Hopefully see you soon.” Admittedly, you couldn’t control the hotel having no running water so you had no other alternative but to cancel your guests reservations - but to send an automated email like that to everyone is beyond acceptable. No follow up email was made with regards to an apology from the general manager due to the last minute Cancellation or by the company itself. I’ve since sent a couple of complaint emails about how things had been dealt with, it took 5 days for a response & 12 days in total to get my money back - due to the circumstances this should have been handled urgently as soon as you cancelled our accommodation. I’m appalled with your companies processes and procedures. I’ve desperately wanted to speak to someone to air my frustrations and in your opinion my money has been refunded so that’s the end of that. You left our daughters with nowhere to stay last minute on a bank holiday and you don’t feel that we deserve anything other than a sorry response via email - outrageous! I’ve requested this matter be taken to a more senior level and I’d like to speak to someone but have been informed that nothing else will be done with my case. Just need to vent my anger with this company as a last resort as even the operations manager couldn’t be bothered to reply to my email. I’ll never ever attempt to book a stay with this company, you have handled this whole matter shockingly. See emails attached, not one phone call received to discuss, that’s all I wanted.
