"One of the nicest premier inns"
What a lovely hotel! Clean rooms and restaurant area. Staff were so nice and polite. So helpful. We would 100% come back again

The staff are great very attentive Our room was immaculate Extremely helpful staff when logging in. I have a nervous disorder and the staff knew exactly what to do to make our stay extremely comfortable. The bed was lovely and clean the pillows smelt lovely and fresh. Plenty of teabags coffee and sugar. Cups very clean.
"Pretty good but check In experience awful"
Check in diabolical. Those automated machines simply don’t work properly. So you end up going to the check in person anyway. There’s only one of them, and they move at a glacial pace. Awful. Room very good. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Location very central, convenient for Manchester’s amenities and the main railway station.
"Great but..."
Just a one night stay while Inn town for a concert,room 219 was our home for the night,clean & comfortable,beautifully shower,just a shame we didn't have more time there! Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from Piccadilly Station,the ground floor bar looked lovely & was very busy,again a shame we didn't have more time too enjoy that too! This could have so easily have been a 5/5 review but for a couple of things,maybe an age thing,on arrival we found no reception desk,just machines,after a number of failed attempts the guy serving behind the bar came over & helped us out,followed by a number of others who were having similar problems,we have been using Premier Inns a lot,that may change if this becomes the norm. We had an early flight the next day & had tried to book a taxi in advance but got no answer when ringing & emails just got a response detailing the hotels nearby transport facilities,on checking Inn I asked if they could book us one & was told that when we needed one just push the taxi button & one wil come,0420 hrs the next morning we tried it,it seemed to take forever but one turned up,very much outside our comfort zone! So very mixed feelings,great location,comfy & great staff,the new technology & subsequent poor customer service are a real turn off for us!
"Amazing hotel for business trips"
We travel to premier inns regularly and this one has to the best so far, calm and relaxed, great staff and outstanding breakfast, it’s close to everything you need and easy to get a taxi to the local shopping and restaurants, can’t wait to return.
