"Lovely social space but a little shabby in some areas"
We stayed over night for a shopping trip for my daughter’s birthday, we had a family room for 4 but only 2 mugs supplied, we quickly managed to get 2 more from reception. Our room was on the 5th floor and was quiet. I fortunately the cleanliness of the room was just average, dust in high up areas, carpets needed a good clean, door stopper fallen off the wall and left mess all over, high up areas very dusty. The shower in our room also sprayed water everywhere so made the bathroom very wet. We all like to sleep on two pillows but the room only had 6, we tried to get two more from guest supplies but there was none left. We asked at reception to be told they would source us two more and knock on our door with them, that never happened. There was also a bogey wiped a the wall near the light switch. The social downstairs was lovely, nice neon lights and a good atmosphere, so we then felt a little let down by the bedroom. We all really enjoyed breakfast the next morning, food was lovely, well stocked and nice and clean and fresh.
"Excellent service and cleanliness"
Great service upon arrival and throughout the stay. Very clean rooms and communal areas. Food fantastic and overall a great stay.
"A first class base for a city break"
Great location close to the station from which to explore Manchester. The room was clean and comfortable and double glazing kept any noise out. The bar and restaurant area had a really good ambience for a relaxing drink after a busy day sightseeing, and the staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough for you - they really enhanced our stay there. Would recommend and terrific value.
"Excellent central hotel"
Excellent place to stay - really close to Piccadilly, but still quiet and safe. The Northern Quarter is buzzy, with lots of interesting cafes and bars, but it's a 10 minute walk into the centre of the city. We asked for quiet rooms and were given 2 on the 9th floor. We all slept really well, beds were very comfortable and it was silent. Good blackout curtains as well. We didn't really use the social area, but it looked nice. The staff were, without exception, helpful and friendly.

Nice place and close to the car park with discount code. Make sure that you need to go to the hotel to type in reg then press done for car registration.
