"Affordable option close to airport and make sure to make dinner reservations."
This is one of the few affordable hotel options near the hotel. You still need to take a cab or Uber (cheaper to Uber), but the total cost with transportation is still significantly cheaper than the airport hotels. We bought the Meal Deal, BUT MAKE SURE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR DINNER in addition. We thought prepaying for the meal would guarantee us a spot, but it did not. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast options were plentiful.
    "Car park chargable nightmare beware"
Please be aware that you have to pay for parking at the hotel, I foolishly believed parking would have been included when you are a guest, I used the hotel after landing at Edinburgh Airport at 4am, wanting to get a rest before a 3 hour drive home, I received a £57 parking charge, would have liked a more upfront notice about the parking, I rang the hotel and the manager was not interested. Not sure I will use a Premier in again when traveling.
    "Nice but too hot!"
We stayed for two non-consecutive nights on our 10 day trip to Scotland in September 2025. I live a premier Inn and felt it was great value for money. We had a family room and both times it was set up appropriately. We had enough room for all four of us to sleep and the bathroom also provided very good shower pressure and a nice bath. I would stay again but here’s what I didn’t like: - the windows didn’t open and it was so incredibly hot! We kept the air conditioning on all night but nearly all of us woke up sweating. I don’t think AC goes below 19C in most hotels which I’ll never understand. - we booked the meal deal as we were landing at 5pm and didn’t want to faff around looking for dinner. But when we got there for 7pm they said there was no room for dinner until 9pm and so we had to get a refund and eat at McDonald’s which is very close. We then also tried to eat there on our last night but the restaurant didn’t even open until 5pm!
"Ok stay but wont go back"
Great help from the receptionist, she was a star. Barman was really grumpy! Its a bit out of the way from the airport and you nedd ataxi there and back so expensive. Dont try phoning ther hotel as they never answer the phone
"Quick stop over after a late flight"
Easy to book through the app. Arrived very late 0400hrs after a flight. Easy to get to from the Airport. The Night Manager was very cheery and helpful and got us in quick with no hassles. Room clean, tidy and the bed comfortable. It was really just a place to catch a quick sleep before heading home. We were well looked after though. Breakfast later on before we left was very well presented. Tasty, cooked well and plentiful. The staff on shift that morning (Kenneth & Lauren) were super helpful, cheery and in good spirits. A nice boost before a long car journey Overall for a quick stopover. Couldn’t be happier.
