    "Room was basically Fine. Everything else Awful."
    First off, does anyone even work here? There appear to be a couple of people that do, but they seem more concerned with avoiding customers than helping them. Second of all, the restaurant is closed at 7:30 because they have a large party arriving? No room service, no other options, just closing down the kitchen for a group who, as far as we can tell, aren’t even guests at the hotel. The only other option is McDonalds if you don’t have a car. Check in at the automatic check in stations? Impossible if you don’t have a UK postcode or didn’t book through their website. Nobody available for ages to come and help out. The room itself lacks plugs near the bed. A single plug between the beds in a quad room. Other plugs are across the room, too far for most cables to stretch and blocking any movement between the bedroom and bathroom. Nobody available to answer questions about getting to the airport together. I’ve stayed in 7 hotels on this trip. This one is by far the absolute worst experience. The bed is moderately comfortable.

    Great location, a sufficient parking space in front of the hotel, a very friendly staff, easy to check in and out, great location from the airport.

    The hotel is nice, located next to the airport. Room has all amenities and car park on site. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar. You can hear planes flying over, please be aware of this, but staff were helpful and offered instructions how to get to the bus and tram stop to get into the city.

    We had a great stay at the Edinburgh airport Premier Inn. Our dinner was delicious, paying for parking was easy and the room was large, spotless and comfortable.

    Really lovely staff that are very helpful, room was clean, great offer on breakfast, all you can eat 11.99. Good bus links to the city centre also.

    Our hotel has on-site parking, with longer term airport parking and extras like airport lounges available through our partners at Holiday Extras after booking. Our hotel is easy to get to, we’re just off the M8, close to the M9 and routes to Edinburgh Airport.
