Dublin Airport hotel

Great location, close to airport. Also, several restaurants within 1-2 mile walking distance. Hotel was clean, included restaurants on site, lounge areas and staff was friendly and helpful.

Honestly, staying here was one of the best experiences I had, as the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. I also ordered the full breakfast for both days, and although I only had time for it one morning, this was my fault. Additionally, the receptionist initially asked if I had time to have breakfast both mornings, which was a mistake on my part because I hadn't really considered it, since I had to catch their bus to the airport for an earlier morning flight I had booked months in advance. I would also like to commend the staff for their prompt response and the smooth check-in and check-out procedures. Although I do not and will not hold the hotel responsible for my setback due to my timing miscalculation, maybe offer a refund or a partial refund if something like this happens to someone in a similar predicament, because life can get messy. Alternatively, you may ask the guests if they would like to pay upfront or be billed afterwards, so that something like this doesn't happen to someone in a similar predicament based on their calculated cost of staying there. Additionally, maybe offer board games, cards, or the like for a fee or as a complimentary service for people who prefer not to watch TV or stream videos, or even for younger kids, as it may be beneficial.

Outstanding Customer Service. Hotel is a bit "Outdated". Parking was 12 Euro. Location was "Outstanding" for Airport Departures. Hotel Breakfast was "Outstanding".

Stayed here because we got a good price but honestly after paying the extra 30 euro for parking and breakfasts (charging any amount of money for those breakfasts is so wrong) it wasn't worth it. Next trip I'll return the rental car a day early and pay a little more to stay at a hotel right at the airport. Food was the poorest quality of the 8 hotels we stayed at this trip. Neither of us finished eggs, hash browns or sausages. We grabbed a couple of muffins to keep us until we could eat an early lunch. The double bed was tiny and you felt every movement of the other person. They should just offer two singles or kings, PERIOD. Parking was 12 euro and hassle free. There was a coffee shop attached to the hotel. We did not check it out but I promise you it has to be better than anything you'll get in the hotel for breakfast. If you stay here do not pay for the breakfast...eat elsewhere.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Shuttle bus costs 3 Euro per person, per direction, so be prepared for that. Shuttle does operate all hours so getting from and to the airport for early/late flights is no problem.
