Dublin Airport hotel

Clean, comfortable and near the airport with shuttle service. Friendly and helpful staff and the meal deal is really good value.

The bathroom design is poor. Water does not drain properly after taking a shower. On the second day, we was given a towel with a stain, as well as bed sheets that were also stained even though we asked for a room clean.

Have been to this hotel several times and very disappointed to see the greed in the prices. For twin rooms previously we paid 60 to 90ish and for a single room previously I paid 130 ish but this time because it was the Saturday before Mother’s Day and St. Patrick’s day it was over 200 euro for one person for one night. This kind of increase simply because they are more in demand is nothing but greed and extremely disappointing as this hotel is otherwise so convenient for those early morning flights. Normally I would have had no complaints about the rooms either but this time the towels in the room had make-up stains on them which made the price increase even more disappointing

The premiere in Dublin airport has a very friendly staff, large comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds and a spacious clean bathroom. The morning breakfast was delicious and the airport transport bus driver was also very nice and on time. We are planning to come back to Ireland again next year for spring break and we will definitely stay at this hotel again!

We have stayed here for years with good experiences but this year was different, rooms really dusty and not clean at all, including the shower. Rooms were only cleaned on request and it looked like ours was left for a while, dust spreading the room when the kids jumped on the beds. There is now additional charges to use their car park which we only found out when we got there it was one of the appeals having a family and convenience to travel with the car, response we got was that they oursourced it to another company. It didnt help that the usual prices were much higher which we were fine with when originally booking as this was somewhere we used to trust. There was only one working lift which sounded like it had been like that for a while. It only ever worked when going from the ground up, not actually going down again so we had to always come down the stairs which was not ideal with young kids and especially on the last day carrying suitcases etc. The breakfast area was good, and selection was everything you need and was value for family as kids ate free. We used the bar area in the evening and again no issues, was easy to get a seat and not too busy waiting for drinks. Location is good for things around but would look at other hotels close by as there was plenty. Unfortunately we won't book again, its really lost its value for money and not looked after.
