    "Brilliant staff"
I stayed at Premier Inn Dublin City Centre (Temple Bar) as a group of 7 for two nights in early-mid August 2025 and I will outline my experience below: We arrived to the hotel after a very early flight and arrived to the hotel by taxi at around 9am. When we arrived to the hotel we asked if any of the rooms we had booked (3) were available. They said that one of our rooms was available so we could drop luggage and explore the city and that is exactly what we did. Later on, after returning from Dublin City Centre we spent some time in the lobby reception area which was nice and a good place to sit down and have a drink. We then checked into our other two rooms quickly and efficiently. We then made our way up to the first room so that we could move luggage from the first room into the other rooms. On approach to the first room (on the first floor) we noticed that there had been a flood on the first floor of the hotel. There was a notice saying something like “ We are sorry, this is not the quality we would expect from any of our hotels, please come to reception for a room change.” We did this and were all offered complimentary breakfast the next day for our troubles. We then worked out that we actually only really needed two of our three rooms. We thought that the hotel was extremely busy and that reception were going to be short of rooms because of the flood and have to move people to other hotels. One member of our group explained to the receptionist that we appreciate you have a flood and that you obviously don’t want to be sending people to other hotels etc. So as a win, win scenario for us both we would get back the money for the third room (paid on arrival) and then they would have the room back to give to other guests rooms affected. The receptionist was polite and said that unfortunately she couldn’t make that decision but she did get the general manager of the hotel whose name was Christian. (I believe, I apologize if that is spelt wrong.) He then spoke to the member of our group who was there and said that normally once arrival lists have been created etc the company do not allow them to change it but did say under the special circumstances he would get back to us as it would be for the benefit of everyone. We then spent the remainder of the day exploring the city and having good food at a traditional Irish pub. Following this we headed back to the hotel and had some time in the lobby. During this time Christian managed to grab the person who asked about it and let them know that they were able to do it. Now I don’t believe that this would have been an easy job so huge thanks to Christian for making this happen for the benefit of everyone. The rooms were perfect good beds and clean etc. The next day we had complimentary breakfast which was good and being regularly replaced. We then had a really nice finish to our trip to Dublin. These are the kind of reviews that are really nice to write. Thank you so much to Christian and his team for not only sorting out things with us but also working quite frankly stupid amounts of hours and I’m sure be extremely stressed out. Thank you again to Christian for his hard work with the issue while trying to work and run a hotel. Your team are genuinely so lucky to have you as there manager. Most managers would not work extra hours that that there team were able to deal with issues, most managers would also not be in the next day at 6am to run breakfast pretty much alone. Keep doing what you’re doing and thank you for your hospitality! Enjoy your holiday Christian - you deserve it.
"Superb Hotel to Stay in Dublin Temple Bar"
Love coming here every time we visit Dublin. Has all the amenities we need, central to everything and of course the hotel is a high standard both in staff, requests and comfort. an t-óstán is fearr !
    "Clean and convenient!"
Had an amazing time, location is perfect, rooms are tidy and exactly what you'd need from them. The staff and facilities are all excellent.
    "Humid air, windows locked"
Nice place but rooms are so humid… the air conditionning did not change anything. Towels cannot dry and the air is not comfortable at all. Also, windows can not be open. Breakfast is good.
    "good location, great price"
2 nights in July. Very inexpensive compared to other options and was better than I had expected. Queen bed and two twin cots. Small room but clean and updated feel. Air conditioning. Good location, could walk 7 min to most things south of Liffey like Grafton St and St Stephen’s Green. Bambino pizza tiktok popular New York style pizza, scoops Gelato, and Rolling Donut very close. Didn’t eat in hotel restaurant.
