"Cool staff who are helpful and professional, great vibe"
A very central and comfortable stay in heart of dublin, july heat wave. The a/c was tepid at first but a call downstairs to helpful staff got it sorted, within 10 min a hvac fix was happening, it looked like all he did was replace a filter, against my doubts he assured me it would bow cold in no time. And he was right. Rest of stay had cool room to return to. I personally love the huge and tasty options at breakfast so worth it for me who loves a good fry, not so much the young’uns. It’s open at least till 10 am and a bit longer. Gotta love Drury street, and George’s street, all the little byways to Henry street area and grafton areas. Not noisy as room seemed to face inner court. Would stay again and loved the smiling and gracious staff,
    "The best"
As always great nights sleep and helpful staff whatever time off the day. They even serve Guinness in the bar. Value for money and above service that I expected.
"Great hotel - some odd corporate decisions"
Decent hotel in a really central location. Lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and freshly cooked, always plentiful when we went to eat. Hotel is in a very busy area but not dodgy or rough - just busy. However - the double glazing is so efficient we didn’t experience any street noise - which is great! Be aware - just a few hotel facts - i had never stayed in a premier inn before and didn’t realise there are some quirks to it. 1) no safe in our room. This did cause us a bit of concern and we varied between locking passports in a suitcase and taking them with us on the 4 days we were there. Not ideal. If I had known upfront I probably would have looked at another hotel - my fault - I made an assumption that hotels had safes! This one does not - book accordingly if having a safe is something that is a deal breaker for uou. 2) they only clean your room and change your towels if you specifically ask them, face to face at reception before 12 each morning. This wasn’t a cheap hotel - it was around £200 a night - I expect them to clean my room every day without me asking for it for that price. I assume this is a corporate decision- it’s awful. 3) there were three people in our room, and every day we had to ask for a third cup for the room, every morning it would be taken again by the room cleaner. Annoying - if there are three people booked into the room, leave three cups. (Same thing with towels and pillows) 4) The lift works using a key card which is great and very secure - unfortunately the key card doors to access each floor are not in use - they really need to be switched on for increased security. 5) no vending machine - make sure to bring any room snacks back with you as there is nothing of that nature in the hotel! All in all very good hotel - the issue with the safe means I probably wouldn’t use them again but for people who don’t need to hide passports etc - it wouldn’t be an issue.
    "Amazing stay"
Amazing, great breakfasts and lovely staff will definitely be staying again. Couldn't fault anything!!!!!!!!!!! :)
"Nice clean hotel with good breakfast buffet"
Clean rooms and breakfast was very good. Chefs was happy to cook poached eggs. Also happy to help with food. Only thing stopping 5* was water pressure in room was very low.
