      "Disappointing Room"
I usually find Premier Inn good for a comfortable bed, but not this time. It was lumpy and one side of the double bed sank so meant I could'nt sleep in middle, having the bed to myself. The air conditioning wasn't working during day so it got warm but when I woke in the morning it was set to come on and I woke freezing cold. I reported the problem but they failed to sort it out. The restaurant breakfast was good choices but the evening meal was a disaster as their limited menu choice had no food to serve it. Wanted rice, none in stock so had chips instead. My friends wanted fresh fruit for dessert but they had none of that either. We were offered a free drink for these issues with food. Wouldnt stay there again
      "Central city centre location"
We booked 2 nights at the Premier Inn (Temple Bar) to celebrate a friends birthday. The hotel was very central and easy to get to the temple bar area. We booked a family room with our teenage daughter. Pros: Central location, smooth check in, cleanliness, security, teas and coffee, double bed + proper single bed not a z bed Cons: Showergel was pure water, don't bother using and bring your own. There are bars downstairs so at the weekend you can hear people even at 1am
      "Relaxing night sleep"
Comfortable beds and very quiet. No noise from outside or from other rooms. Close to everything. Close parking for a good price.
      "Cheap, clean, and cheerful"
We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and have always found a clean environment, friendly atmosphere, and helpful staff (shout out to the super cool Barbara). Excellent locatuon with nearby pubs and restaurants. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our friends.
      "GREAT Location"
The location of the hotel was great, the food was good, and the stay’s price very reasonable. I would most certainly stay here again. Having the ability to walk to eat or go to attractions was great. The area is safe and attractive. Great value and location.
