"Herd of elephants running round at 1.15am"

Had no option but to stay here rather than a 6am journey to Stoke. Wish I'd stayed home. Very noisy guests slamming the room doors, running up and down corridors starting from 11.50 pm and still going on at 1.15am. Don't know if they've got homeless people staying in the hotel or druggies but somethings not right. There's no bars and restaurants open, nothing to see and do and nowhere to go, yet the idiots in the room above have been somewhere until 11.45pm? Won't stay here again. I'd rather have a 6am journey to Stoke. Never had this problem before when I've stayed here.

"A perfect stress relief at a difficult time🙏"

We had a double funeral to attend, very sad. But, the hotel and staff made a very bad situation that little bit more comfortable. Firstly location. A lovely area opposite Trentham Gardens, a lovely bowling green right in front of the hotel. Tranquil to say the least. Then into reception, they had no idea why we were there, Charlotte was amazing, so polite. Sorry, do not know other staff members names. Long story short, a fantastic hotel with top of the league people working within it. Door to reception opens with a card, receptionist sees you coming, recognises you and opens said door automatically. Little but nice. Back of house staff so pleasant. We ended up extending the stay due to problems, not a problem. We have to go back in a couple of weeks to lay to rest, have to stay here no probs. Thank you, thank you. All our best.

"Best p inn"

poor windows make noise all night 3 hours sleep. Move to a other room 3 am. Hotel staff good but no sleep up at 6 am work blowing a Gale outside but but. Should take it the hotel noise windows poor stay in 124 not going to say in hotel again. Need sleep

"Visit during Covid"

Even in Covid Premier gives what you expect....comfortable bed, ensuite shower, TV and coffee/tea etc. Around the building things have changed no communal areas/chairs and bar closed. As I have stayed for 2 nights I have had the need to eat. With all eat in closed the staff agreed I could take food back yo the room. With a short drive there us a choice of most food types. At present price of room is very competitive around £35 per night. We can even claim a room with a view (see below). Hotel a few hundred yards from Trentham Gardens, ideal when more fully open in normal times. Staff are polite and helpful

Hi spent three days here 109 what a room big big. Posh need to ask for this room work away from home a lot best room ever staff very good friendly. And good got. Service in restaurant so very happy with this one
