Wirral (Greasby) hotel

Check in late afternoon on the 2nd of April, Cathy, I believe that was here name, who remembered us both from prior Covid asked how my daughter was doing Virginia, and how my son was doing in Arizona , was really amazed that she remembered us as so many people must go through hotel, she was quick and efficient to get us into our room, as we had travelled from London to Aberdeen Scotland, and was extremely tired. She was so helpful and courteous. this lady definitely need to pay raise and a promotion for her gracious hospitality, she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy, people like Cathy, stand out to me as not that long ago, I worked for Walt Disney world in Florida and my job was to train cast members to become Disney people, and Cathy has that gift.

Excellent location, spotless clean, lovely staff. Comfy beds, Me and my family have stayed 5 times here and will continue to.
