"A great location, view and comfort."
Very comfortable, affordable, close to Edgware Road and Paddington Station. Highly recommend the location especially Paddington Basin feels very relaxing after a whole day of tiredness.

Excellent hotel with very easy access to Paddington Station. Excellent staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Lovely breakfast, and great value as kids eat free with paying adults. The hotel is located in a lovely area.
"Good but spoilt by breakfast."
The bed was very comfortable as you'd expect from a premier inn. Unfortunately there was a strange noise coming from the reception around 4am for about an hour which kept us awake. Then we had the worst breakfast we've ever had in a premier inn. Bacon looked like it had been steamed, the mushrooms and tomatoes were raw and the hash brown were dry and cold. All staff were very friendly as always.

Terrible smell on floor 14. Really horrible experience getting to my room. I also had to turn off the air conditioning in my room as a terrible chemical smell was coming out which made me feel ill. Bad experience for a premium room.
