"Wheelchair friendly - but take your own soap!"
Great location, great accessible room with my only critique being that the soap dispensers are too high up for me to reach! Check in/out was quick and easy
"Great Stay!"
Conformable cool and quiet rooms. Helpful staff and smooth check in. Didn't stay for breakfast but smelled great. Would stay again.
"Don't visit this hotel."
Me and a friend stayed at this hotel at the start of July to attend a festival at Hyde Park. We could check in from 3pm and arrived around 3:30. There was a que all the way though the lobby to outside. It later became apparent the digital check in screens were all out of order. We qued for around 45-50 minutes in hot weather with no communication from staff as to what was going on. When we finally reached the check in desk we gave our details to the man. We had a twin room booked. He told us five minutes and then returned to his computer. We asked questions and he ignored us, offering no reply at all. When his colleague became free we moved to them and they explained that the twin rooms were not ready anf wrong had to wait. We asked what they meant and they said the rooms had to be cleaned and wr had to wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. The lobby was full of other people waiting. People who had booked family rooms were being checked in and could go to their rooms. We waited for 5 minutes and still no room. We waited for approximately 20 minutes before I went back to the check in desk and asked how much longer we had to wait. We were due to meet friends at the festival but they had to leave without us. We eventually got the room but the lack of communication and organization was disgusting. At no point was it offered to us to leave our bags there and check-in later. When we asked about leaving our bags we were told the luggage storage was full, so not an option. It made us late for the festival and we missed the support acts and put us in a bad mood for the evening. The staff did not care and when other customers got angry would either ignore them or walk away completely. When we returned after the concert in the evening and others were collecting their luggage and checking in, they were offered free wi-fi or breakfast. We weren't offered anything. For the price we paid and the time we wasted, I would never stay in a premier inn again.
"Spacious rooms but poor ammenities and service"
I wouldn’t recommend staying at the Premier Inn Hotel for several reasons. The carpets in the rooms and corridors are dusty, which was unpleasant. There are no phones in the rooms, so if you need anything—whether it's extra towels or to request housekeeping—you have to physically go down to the reception desk. Whilst the staff at the reception desk are friendly, this is highly inconvenient. Additionally, the rooms do not come with basic amenities like bottled water or an iron. As for housekeeping, it needs to be requested before noon. We asked in person twice—once in the morning and again in the afternoon—but our room was never cleaned. While the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of service and basic conveniences.
"Recommended hotel in newly developed area"
Quiet modern hotel in nice newly developed area close to Paddington and Edgware Road tube stations. Clean, typical premier inn decor with a modern feel to building. Staff were pleasant.
