"Best customer service ever"
We parked at the hotel right next to the hotel entrance as I'm disabled this helped no end. We were greated at reception by Leanne and Ben a lovely pair who welcomed us and were genuinely interested why we were only staying one night. We told them we had come from Scotland especially to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. They congratulated us and sorted out our room. We went to look around our favourite seaside place and returned a couple of hours later to find Leanne and Ben had placed a bottle of Presecco in our room with a couple of glasses a small gift that our stay so special.
"The Breakfast Service Is Appalling!"
Decent room. Paid for Premium Room but no bath and "sea view" is somewhere between fiction and a downright porkie. Breakfast was awful and I've asked for our money back. Yup, I know... Really enjoyed Bridlington and we'll go back but maybe not at Premier Inn.
"Not the best"
We booked for 4 nights but only stayed for 3. Family room was ok but overlooked the bins and car park . Breakfast was poor with children allowed to touch all the bread (fault of the parents I know) and hot food not appetising . Although we had paid for breakfast, we only went 3 times and just had cereal which we felt was safe from being handled by others. The tables were dirty and sticky and need a good clean. We had an evening meal on the first night on an upgrade and my plate had a thumb print in sauce on the side . The bill was charged not on an upgrade and it took them a while to sort this out. Service was slow and our meal took quite a while to be served. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t book this one again .
"Excellent carer in time of need"
We love our premier at Bridlington, Charlie is amazing always ready to help and remains calm when busy, charlie often goes above and beyond for customers...On our recent visit, I became ill suspected heart attack the guys on reception immediately sprang into action when my partner went down stairs and asked for help, the staff were all calm and very caring even went a got aspirin for me while the ambulance came, Leanne was amazing following instructions from ambulance and both her and a gentleman (i sorry I carnt remember your name) stayed with me until the paramedics came, What a wonderful team you all are, we will definitely be visiting again soon...Thank you all so much for your help and care Amanda

We stayed two nights and would like to say a big thank you to Samuel on reception for looking after and always greeted us with a lovely smile. A big thank you to Charlie who looked after us at Breakfast and our Evening Meal, Charlie has the best customer service skills I know. Many thanks
