"Excellent carer in time of need"
We love our premier at Bridlington, Charlie is amazing always ready to help and remains calm when busy, charlie often goes above and beyond for customers...On our recent visit, I became ill suspected heart attack the guys on reception immediately sprang into action when my partner went down stairs and asked for help, the staff were all calm and very caring even went a got aspirin for me while the ambulance came, Leanne was amazing following instructions from ambulance and both her and a gentleman (i sorry I carnt remember your name) stayed with me until the paramedics came, What a wonderful team you all are, we will definitely be visiting again soon...Thank you all so much for your help and care Amanda

We stayed two nights and would like to say a big thank you to Samuel on reception for looking after and always greeted us with a lovely smile. A big thank you to Charlie who looked after us at Breakfast and our Evening Meal, Charlie has the best customer service skills I know. Many thanks
"Worst premier inn ever"
My recent stay at Premier Inn Bridlington was somewhat disappointing. The hotel boasts a stunning location, which initially drew me in, but the overall experience did not meet expectations. The room was as expected for Premier Inn, comfortable bed and basic amenities, but overlooked a car park, which was not ideal. The check-in experience was underwhelming; the staff member appeared disengaged and unwelcoming. Her attitude was dismissive, providing minimal assistance when I inquired about the restaurant and parking options—simply pointing without offering further guidance. While I understand that staff can have off days, a warmer and more attentive approach would significantly enhance the guest experience. Additionally, the Wi-Fi service was notably slow, even after purchasing the "Ultimate" package, which made working or browsing quite difficult. The television lacked an aerial connection, limiting entertainment options during the stay. Overall, this was one of the less satisfactory Premier Inn experiences I have had. Regarding the adjoining restaurant, the food was adequate. The starter, garlic bread, was standard. However, my main course, a mixed grill consisting of steak, gammon, half a chicken breast, sausages, chips, and fried eggs, took approximately 50 minutes to arrive. When it did, I was informed that the chips were still being prepared. The chicken breast, unfortunately, was served pink inside, which raises concerns about food safety and quality control. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to return to this hotel and would not recommend it to others. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the overall guest experience.
"Excellent Stay"
Excellent Stay.Got early check in by Samuel who is a lovely member of staff.Room was good on top floor so was very quite.Service was a bit slow in restaurant but looks like they were under staffed.Food was good when it eventually arrived.Had another lovely stay will be returning later in the year.
"Worst stay of our lifetime"
Staff are completely ignorant and scruffy . Ignored for 20mins checking in , 2 staff on the desk dealing with one booking never made eye contact , never spoke to me or looked at me . Scruffy staff member ill fitted shirt with his belly hanging out the bottom , hair a mess , looked like a tramp . Room was clean but it was a family room ( we were only a couple ) adjoining door to another room where a family was staying with noisy children. The noise from the above room was terrible from going to bed at 10.30pm until 01.15am it was constant walking round with heavy footsteps then it started again at 5am running a bath . A large group of teenage girls were stopping at the hotel at the time with constant banging doors . I went to reception at 12.30am to complain but no one in sight ! Paid £155 plus £5 for parking no breakfast included we did use the bar but £16 for 2 drinks plus a loud mouth man swearing for an hour we decided to go to bed . We checked out no one on reception again waited 15mins after pressing the buzzer the same scruffy staff member came out the restaurant with the attitude of yeah what is it ? When I complained about our night he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. I’ve stayed many time in Premmier inn and this is far the worst. I also paid in cash for my stay only to be treated like a forgery of £20 notes taking my ID incase they were forged ! Very abruptly spoken to by the girl receptionist. Sorry Won’t be back here again the staff need retraining and pulling up on there appearance its so unprofessional.
