Bridlington Seafront hotel

I made a mistake on my booking and was near on having a panic attack and had severe anxiety. I rang the customer service line to be told it would not be able to be changed nor amended to another hotel. I went to the premier in Bridlington with my kids in tow as we were already there! Samuel in reception said nope the hotel is full. When I fully explained my situation he went on the computer and managed to change it to a family room! He was so kind and professional and genuinely didn’t want a big deal to me made out of it but it had really made my day! We could carry on and enjoy our day without thinking of what we were going to do. Checking in was fab! Room was spotless. Only thing I will say is please don’t water down the shower gel! There is one thing watering it down a bit but this was a joke!!! I did go down and ask Jayne on reception who had done a full night shift and she got me a new one so I could actually wash my hair. She was so professional and friendly and even told me about some of the events that happen in Bridlington. Shout out to Jayne! Breakfast was ok. Not the best I have had in a premier (obvs it’s downstairs and not actually premier but they are connected) I have had many premier buffets and this one was just okay. It was fully stocked but the hot food just wasn’t up to scratch. Bacon looked like it had only been briefly cooked and hash browns were mushy. Staff we nice though and we still ate it. Staff were again lovely. 100% rushed off their feet but still lovely. My baby dropped food on the floor as babies do and I asked if I could sweep it up but she told me not to worry! View from our room was bang on!!! You could lie on one of the single beds and just watch the sea. This hotel is on the sea front. So it’s ideal for anyone wanting to explore brid! All in all I would 100% recommend. I really hope some of these staff get some recognition for their hard work. It’s a busy hotel so if you are thinking about it…don’t! Book it before it’s too late!

I arrived at the Bridlington Premier Inn just after midnight after a long and very tiring (and trying) day and there was an issue with the booking, which had been made by the RAC. I have to give a very special mention to the night duty staff, Jayne and Haley, who were very sympathetic to my situation and went out of their way to sort things out for me with as little fuss as possible. Thank you Premier Inn and thank you very much Jayne and Haley 😊.

Staff in the hotel very friendly, but expected better service from the restaurant within the hotel. We were not even offered the option of breakfast. To be told “everything will be fully booked” isn’t professional. Especially as half the place was empty. Did I mention we had to pay the extortionate rate of £220 for a basic room? Would happily go back if the price wasn’t so ridiculous

We arrived for our 3 night stay half board we booked a accessible wet room but this was not available to plumbing issues we was offered a accessible lower bath room was a problem as my partner can’t stand but we managed. Staff was lovely, room had a king size lowered bed that was a bit too low. Room was clean big to move around in the wheelchair and sliding door to the bathroom grab rails around toilet bath and sink toilet was higher enough too. Was in room 103 had a bit of a side sea view and view of the car park. As we was H/B we got unlimited breakfast 2 course and drink but for extra £2 you could get another course and not all drinks on drinks menu came with the meal deal but we was happy with that.

Sister in law and I enjoyed 2 nights at this hotel. We arrived early, but were allowed to check in and go to our room which was very clean with comfortable beds - we had reserved a room for 3 to give us an extra bed. The room overlooked the side alley and next doors car park, but had a sideways view of the beach which was nice and it was very quiet with no noise from either inside or out. Check in was quick and all the staff we encountered during our stay were very friendly and helpful. There is a paid carpark, but we were able to leave the car for the two days and just wander around.
