    Lorraine was lovely and doesn’t keep you waiting long, attitude is on point, and was great to be welcomed in to, asset to the team for sure, thank you lorraine!

    Would have been a 5, but, we felt that whilst the wetroom was very good, considering it was an accessability room the bed just appeared to be just the normal bed and low. People with reduced mobility also tend to have trouble getting off and on the bed and tend to need a higher bed. Otherwise our stay here was excellent

    I arrived later than I had anticipated so thought I'd missed dinner, but was greeted by Candice who really kindly managed to squeeze me in. Candice and Leighton have really looked after me.

    Have stayed here before, and I like the location. Very quiet and near the old quarter of Derby. Convenient for the shops and next to the River Derwent. and Museum of Making , which I recommend, it is most interesting.

    Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My servers in the restaurant, Lorraine and Steph were so attentive and couldn't do enough for me. Lorraine went over and above when I asked about the AC controls which I couldn't figure out, going and resetting my AC unit and setting it to a nice cool temperature for my return to the room, during a +30° heat wave and being on 6th floor, this was a godsend, thank you! Even the chef came and said hello and ensured everything was OK. The steak was cooked perfectly, as were my poached eggs the next morning. The bed was super comfy, huge, and the room was very clean. Overall a very pleasant stay.
