      "Great stay"
      Great room, clean an tidy. Hotel was quiet even though it was busy. Lots of parking, free has long has you enter your reg number. Great over all!

      Positives comfortable bed/free parking Negative Broken footpath wall,Dangerous, very run down room/ bathroom, bin not emptied bath/ shower yuk plastic shower curtain I couldn’t bath it felt grubby, sticky bathroom floor,possible water issue. I couldn’t wait to leave. Needs a total revamp definitely lack of maintenance apart from above 50% of restaurant unavailable despite emails encouraging to book a table and enjoy discount. Yep we had to find a alternative venue. Staff needs training to deal with issues when they happen, they do of course. Of the five members I engaged One was empathetic and recommended a alternative restaurant the other 4 that’s 80% of staff in my opinion work for the wage end of That’s harsh I know but that’s my experience. We’ve stayed here before a couple of times this visit was appalling. Did I engage with staff members when checkout? No I didn’t I felt my previous day would have been repeated. Such a shame welcome to Newquay Quintrell Downs (not)

      Hotel staff were excellent. Pub staff couldn't get us out quick enough. Moaned about wanting a meal booking later than 8pm as they needed to ask the chef to work late. They do food until 9pm? Waitress was excellent and really worked hard to make us comfortable

      "It’s how staff deal with the little issues that count!"
      Turned up after a long Journey, checked in to our rooms and when we got to our rooms there was a slight mix up with the beds, went back down to reception. Spoke to Receptionist (think her name was Vicky). She apologised. She mentioned that she was new but she took control. We said we’ll grab a drink. By the time we got back to the room everything was sorted. Companies will make mistakes. But for me the bigger thing is how they deal with it. She’s a credit to premiere Inn
