      "Room was very hot"
      Overall I was impressed with the Northwich South Premier Inn. It was very clean, rooms were a bit dated, smaller than standard Premier Inn rooms but had everything you needed. Bathroom was small, the shower was so good, powerful and hot. Breakfast was ordered at the table and you would have presumed cooked to order, but parts were not as hot as they should have been. Continental selection was good. The staff I came into contact with were all very friendly and helpful. My only issue was that the room was VERY HOT. As soon as you entered the corridor it felt like walking into a sauna. The fan in the room did nothing to reduce the temperature and the windows had such small openings that there was no air flow. Hairdryer in my room was temperamental.
      "Dreadful"
      Been here a few times as I work for a company nearby and it’s sadly declining rapidly. Why have Premier Inn decided to close restaurants and only leave them open to residents in order to create more rooms!? The rooms themselves are tired and the staff seem demoted, highlighted by the fact that going down for breakfast the next morning and told it was continental only as the waiting staff hadn’t turned up! Unfortunately the head of Premier Inn seems to be ruining this once highly successful business.
      "Overnight Stay"
      Lovely receptionist but not an elite Premier Inn - the room was comfortable and clean and well-appointed needing an update but fine for an overnight stay. No air-con but there was a fan. The breakfast was terrible - the waitress did not engage and the food was cold. The evening meal beforehand was unremarkable but nice service.
      "Great place"
      Great customer service, they helped us with checking in early, as we had had a bad experience at a different local hotel. They are lovely and polite and happy to answer any questions.
      "Overnight stay"
      Stayed at this hotel yesterday whilst visiting friends . Room was clean with lovely white towels and all we would need for the night with a comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Claire and the breakfast was really tasty and good value .
