"Post Jin Hotel"
We stayed in another Premier Inn for a concert at the 02 then moved here for 1 day/evening to explore a bit more of London. Quite a lot of floors here and fairly busy. We came via Paddington Underground but found the Edgware Road Underground was far nearer. The rear of the hotel was in quite a nice setting but following an evening walk to buy some food, we felt quite uncomfortable with some of the characters around, we just didn't really like the area, but the hotel was comfortable, clean and staff were helpful.

Good location (Paddington), very clean, quiet, wonderfull mattress, staff very kind and ready to satisfy any request...
"For a new hotel grubby and starting feeling run down"
Work have been booking this hotel for me for 2 nights every quarter and I have started to see over the past year how lacking in upkeep of the hotel has become , and for £380+ for 2 night you expect better ! . Usually use the hdmi function in the room to link lap top as a mobile office to run though my presentations , to my confusion the last 3 times this feature has now been disabled or hdmi connection has been removed completely making it difficult/ harder to do my work. This last time the room I was placed in didn’t look like it has been dusted in months above the bed it was thick with dust sorry nobody can convince me it can accumulate like that in a few days ! Safety issues , room I was give found it odd that the table lamp did not work closer inspection I noticed the bulb was broken and basically hanging on for dear life with exposed electricity , reported to reception upon straight away .
"Fantastic Location and Room Size but Housekeeping Needs Serious Improvement"
We stayed as a family of four and were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious—not what you expect in London—and the location is excellent, just a minute from Edgware Road and a short walk to Paddington. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the big letdown was housekeeping. We requested room cleaning, but apart from the beds being made, nothing else was done. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, towels weren’t replaced, sheets weren’t changed, and toilet paper wasn’t refilled. For such a nice hotel, the cleaning service was really disappointing.
"Great location and hotel for a family"
Really good location, plenty to do around that area and easy access to the tube from Edgware rd or Paddington. Really helpful Aber friendly staff and they always greet you with a smile. Quiet room and area. Good air con. Good breakfast. Had a great stay. Will definitely return
