    "Beautiful location and friendly staff"
This hotel is in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a disability badge and there was parking beside the hotel behind a barrier which was great. The only thing wrong with this hotel is the rooms are dated. They need to have walk in showers installed
"Ideal base for our visit to climb Snowdon"
This was an ideal base for our visit to climb Snowdon. Everything about the room was good, nice and quiet and very comfortable so we got plenty of sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely rainfall shower was just what we needed after out climb! We particularly appreciated the cold water vat at reception! There is a bus stop about 4 minutes walk from the hotel where you can get the S1 bus for Snowdon or the 5C to Bangor for further exploring. We ate at the Table Table but there are other pubs etc a short walk away.
"Really friendly staff, clean hotel and comfy bed!"
We stayed at Premier Inn Caernarfon for one night before getting the ferry from Holyhead to Dublin the following morning. Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was extremely comfy. The staff were lovely and friendly and even left us some chocolates and a note for our anniversary. We walked down to the harbour for tea, there was plenty of pubs and restaurants along the front. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
"Fantastic family friendly hotel with picturesque surroundings "
We have just returned from a fantastic stay at this hotel. The day before arrival we had a courtesy call to check details and inform us of carpark details etc. On arrival staff were friendly and helpful. Once in our room we found a lovely card and gift for our son who's birthday it had been a few days earlier. The family room was spacious, clean and quiet. We ate evening meals at the restaurant (table table,) which was enjoyable although service a little slow. The surrounding area to the hotel was so picturesque- perfect for an evening stroll. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff at breakfast are so friendly and helpful - especially Nicola who can't do enough to help. We would nose definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks to Nicola, Hannah and the team who made it so perfect.
    "Great location and welcome"
The welcome was warm, despite our late arrival. The family room was clean and spacious. We noticed a broken leg on one of the pull out beds in the morning, but this hadn't affected our night. The room was very quiet and the shower had good pressure (a key issue for us!) so all good. I didn't get on with the pillows, but I am quite particular about those - I didn't notice any kind of 'pillow menu' but perhaps I missed that. The breakfast facilities are at the adjacent restaurant, overlooking the harbour. This was well-organised and plentiful and staff here were also friendly. To be picky, I would say that the cooked breakfast was not very warm - but we went down at 9.30am, so we've ourselves to blame for that, perhaps. Some people complain about there being no seaview from the bedrooms, and it's true - there was no view from ours; however, a few steps outside the door and you are on the harbour. As this is an overnight hotel, not a boutique hotel in which you order room service and spend the day in your room, I think that is perfectly reasonable and the location is excellent for the sites and amenities of Caernarfon. Other reviews commented on the inability to contact reception. I did have to call, as we were due to arrive at about midnight and I wanted to check that we would be able to get in. We did let it ring for a while, but the phone was picked up on our first attempt and the receptionist was friendly and informative, so all good there, too.
