    "Comfortable, friendly warm welcome"
    We stayed one night and loved every minute. Had everything we needed, great location and lovely warm, friendly welcoming staff who couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable, memorable and easy. For anyone needing a place to stay in Barry, I highly recommend.

    Great location for exploring Barry Island, Cardiff and penarth,easy and plenty of parking, air conditioning was great in the room,very friendly reception staff, great room

    Booked a three night stay, to visit Barry and do the Gavin Stacey tour. Staff all very friendly, brewers fayre next door, about a 15 minute flat walk to Barry Island. Only issues with the hotel was soundproofing seemed a bit non existent, the noise of the people in floor above walking around was very loud and could hear any little noise from other rooms or the hallway, and the air con seemed to sometimes turn itself on in the night for no obvious reason.
    "Reliably comfortable and friendly"
    Frequently book this hotel in preference to others in the area. Great parking and friendly staff, and never had any issues with cleanliness. The air con is great and the location is ideal if you're doing the Gavin & Stacey thing, or want to be close to Penarth or Cardiff. The train station is less than a mile away, and Barry Island 'seaside' is a half mile walk. The restaurant next door (Brewers Fayre) is pretty bog standard, but there are other places to eat in the area. Prices vary wildly but we have often had very reasonably priced stays here, and you always know what you are getting with Premier Inn.
    "What a warm welcome super staff"
    Lovely friendly welcome from reception staff made you feel valued. Also really helpful with lots of local knowledge. Next day different person working reception but equally as approachable and friendly. Hotel clean tidy next door is Brewers Fayre pub again great staff good food lovely breakfast.
