"All good!"
The Premier Inn was as expected - clean, good value for money. Exterior of the building was a bit grubby. I appreciate that seaside towns get a battering from the elements and seagulls but it is peak holiday season and a clean up would have made the building outside look more inviting.

"Totally Disappointed"
Booked at short notice due to breavement and being close to Crematorium paid £220 for Premier Plus room expecting to get Premier Plus experience what we got was room 210 overlooking car park and building site -- a room with marks on carpet, uncleaned mirror, window, shower screen seal at bottom filthy, black mould round hinges, toilet with suspicious mark, yellow toilet seat, dust in abundance and we mean abundance, deteriorated bed headrest, winged chair arms and other furniture items starting to wear, suspicious marks on bath towel, finger marks in abundance on back entrance door and so on, the whole room needed a deep clean. Reported to reception offered to go and clean again, we declined, due to being tired and having done a 5 hour journey, we also pointed out it should have not been in that state to start with! As regards entering Premier Inn this was far from appealing and welcoming the whole of the outside was grubby, overgrown weeds pathway needing sweeping garden was neglected. Had breakfast, quality of food was ok but, coffee machine was broken, orange juice jug was grubby and generally around that area, the dinning area is in need of refurbishment together with a deep clean especially the floor which looked dirty. Sat near window again exterior view not pleasant needed brushing weeding and cleaning

"Hotel"
We had a lovely sea view and it was beautiful to come back to a cool room after being out in 30 degrees most of the day. What a beautiful sunset I managed to see when sitting in the bay window reading my book.

"I booked out and left within 30 minutes of arriving"
It was all so easy booking the stay and giving them several hundred pounds. Alas I couldn't even get near the hotel as all the roads were closed by a cycle event. So I ended up leaving my car stranded a mile away, carrying several bags and when I arrived at the Premier Inn, I found that they obviously had known about the cycle event and Road Closures (and hence Car Park Unavailability) for several weeks (maybe months). Yet was this mentioned or was I informed when they wanted my money off me? Hell no.
It was a multi day Cycle Event and I simply could not leave my car parked randomly in a street, far too expensive to even have the chance of damage or theft. It was sad to see they did not let mention of this when booking, why? Surely they know the ability to park at the hotel is a major factor in staying there, I mean they're in the hotel business...
I couldn't risk it, I left after having paid for a multiple night stay with the full meal deal of breakfast and evening meal paid for every day.
Did they apologise or try at least to assist in anyway? You've guessed it, no they did not. A swift middle finger by them to me and a grin as they kept the money I work far too hard and long for.
Just so you're all aware, do not trust this hotel to let you know if there's serious problems there that they know about during your stay when you make your booking!

"Great location"
Fantastic location overlooking the sea. Lovely room with large bay window.
Great en-suite with shower.
Staff were lovely and friendly.
In the restaurant the chef, Connor Jones , prepared and cooked an excellent breakfast.
Becky and Mandy were in attendance and kept the tables clean and tidy.
Definitely the best Premier inn that I have stayed in.
The car park for the hotel is so convenient and worth the money.
