Aberystwyth hotel

Car park limited in size. £8 per night. Front door buzzer to reception had no effect. So we walked all round the roads to the back door. When the receptionist arrived she explained that she keeps missing the buzzer. The first morning we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. But no more after that. Worst Premier Inn breakfast we've ever had. Very little hot food prepared and hardly anything in stock for a continental breakfast, which my partner prefers. The chef complained to us that he was the only one on and that he didn't expect everyone to come down all at once and quite so late. He apologised because there was no hot food ready. I explained that it is a bank holiday Sunday so what did he expect? I told him i paid for the bill so, whilst I realise it's the managers fault not his, im hungry and have very little sympathy. It was the hottest day of the year and the room had sealed up windows. There is no water cooler in the hotel. Tepid tap water is all that is on offer. Awful. Worst premier inn experience ever.

Stayed at the premier inn beach front completely central to everything shops ,bars the pier fantastic walks and views a must see is the mountain railway views to die for also you can have a drink and a bite to eat at the top .The premier inn was great over all food and accommodation were well worth the money, but one odd thing was there was no bar as such yes you could buy a beer or a glass of wine but it was brought over to you not a big issue,staff were very helpful over all a great stay

We have been several times now and this time opted for the sea view room option and wasn't disappointed. Beautiful view of the bay, especially as the sun was setting right infront of us, and a great view to wake up to. The room was spacious and very clean, the beds are always comfortable. We didn't use the restaurant on this most recent visit, but every other time we have, and we've never had a bad meal. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They have now added two self check-in screens which feels a bit impersonal now, but there was still a member of staff at a smaller desk to greet you. When we entered our room, there was a welcoming note and a packet of biscuits waiting for us, a lovely touch.

We had a lovely stay here. Great spot right on the seafront, with a spacious car park behind. We booked a room with a sea view and were delighted with the huge bay window which gave us a stunning perspective over Cardigan Bay. Accommodation - the usual guaranteed comfy night's sleep, room really clean and effective double glazing. Staff, particularly the on-duty receptionist (18/4 pm), were friendly and very helpful.

Great location. Lovely and clean. Have stayed here multiple times (8+). This occasion was very poor! Rude staff. 2.5 hour wait for dinner (we went at 6pm when it opened). Fridge broken in plus room and they knew as they said the couple before us were happy with a box of ice as an alternative. Paid for early check in and was told they have to check if the room is ready (at 1pm instead of 11, well what did we pay for early check in for if not ready?)
