Llandudno (Glan-Conwy) hotel

Fantastic, friendly hotel with unbelievably helpful staff. A special shout out to Luke Williams who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our stay was exceptional. We left some vital medication behind and he helped us to retrieve it. The room was warm and comfortable and the bathroom spacious. We will return!!

Poor quality of bedroom Paint peeling off the bathroom walls The heating didn't not work, No mugs in the room, Damaged rotting door to the bathroom, Towel rail de-attached from the wall, Fan in the room is not clogged up with dust

They room was ok we did have a couple of issues ie light out in the bathroom, rips in towels, beds didn't look the best duvet not pulled tight and presented very well, a hair and bit of toothpaste left in the sink from previous guest and a plug full of hair in the bath plug. I did mention about the hair in the plug and the guy on front desk apologised and said he could come with a cloth and clean it but I had already got them out. The staff were lovely and polite Karen was very helpful when we had the evening meal and the gent on with her(didn't get his name) was really nice aswell. My smothered covered chicken was amazing it was the best chicken I had in a long time. Was a good price for the room just them few things then it would be great. Thank you

Myself, my husband and my 2 year old son arrived a little early, we had been travelling for quite some time that day due to an accident on the A55 my husband went to reception on arrival and asked if there was a bathroom he could use he got told no go use the toilet in the petrol station… upon checking in we were met with the rudest member of staff I have ever encountered! Once finally checked in and given our room keys we went up to our room (34) there was hair in the bath what looked like pubic hair, black long hair all over the tiles on the walls and wrapped around the towel holder. There was also dried toothpaste all over the sink and the toilet seat had urine marks on it. The lights at the side of the bed were inch thick in dust and the room had a very dull smell of what I can only describe as ammonia. I went back down stairs with some videos of what state the room was in and the members of staff offered breakfast. I would highly suggest a secret stay from someone in higher management and see what you encounter but my stay was completely unsatisfactory and unsanitary!

This was my worse experience of a Premier Inn hotel and I have stayed at many. Firstly the reception team were extremely poor. We were booked into a wrong room initially as the receptionist (who wasnt there initially) had booked us into a different named room and then told we wouldnt be able to book into the restaurant until 8pm despite there being less than 10 customers there. Secondly when we got into the correct room, the toilet did not flush, there were four very large hairs in the bathtub, the soap dispenser was broken and the light above the bed was flashing continuously (see photos attached). Finally when we were woken up at 7.30 by a fire alarm, there was no communication from staff regarding what the issue was. When I checked out and explained the issues to the receptionists, there was no apology but just "ok we will look into it for you" which I feel is extremely poor customer service. We have left feeling very disappointed with our stay and feel this deserved a complaint. Ive yet to had any feedback or response from Premier Inn despite both emailing and texting.
