Llandudno (Glan-Conwy) hotel

Perfect location for excellent attractions and historical sights. Very clean and comfortable rooms as always. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. In particular Lewis who checked us in but also served for breakfast very polite, courteous and extremely genuine. Would definitely stay here again.

Table for dinner in restaurant was booked for 8 people for 8pm. They told us at 7.30 we might have to wait a bit because they were busy, we were fine with that and bought extra drinks while we waited. 8.15 we entered restaurant, no table set up, shown to cold side room set up with tables for 2 and 4. We arranged our own table of 8. Eventually took order but by 10.15 we still hadn't been served and gave up. Observed a superb trainee who had been there a fortnight, apologise and sympathise with customers. Rest of staff were stressed, upset and past caring. Manager was at home 40 minutes away and had to be called in when no one behind the bar could change the gas when the draught beer ran out. We were told she had arrived but never saw her yet. I believe she went to work in the kitchen. Her bosses are letting her and her colleagues down badly. It appears no one in authority is supporting the staff or considering the customer experience.

Was okay . Hotel staff good , room was okay but there were cobwebs in the room , we had breakfast and an evening meal in the pub next door where they were short staffed .

Spent a couple of days there with my partner.had a great stay staff nice food great.was very well looked after.will be returning x

Fantastic, friendly hotel with unbelievably helpful staff. A special shout out to Luke Williams who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our stay was exceptional. We left some vital medication behind and he helped us to retrieve it. The room was warm and comfortable and the bathroom spacious. We will return!!
