"Sadly not for me!"
We stayed for one night after arriving on the ferry before continuing our onward journey. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Although having to pay for car parking wasn't ideal, the charge wasn't excessive. It was a bit disconcerting to be told however to do it quickly or we would get a big fine! The hotel itself was very good. Our room was clean and despite the exceptionally hot weather, the room remained comfortable thanks to the thoughtful addition of a very powerful fan. It was also impressively quiet, making for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely when it came to breakfast in the adjoining pub/Brewers Fayre. The breakfast area was grubby. Tables were sticky, the seating was dirty and almost every surface I touched felt sticky. In this day and age, it's hard to understand why basic cleaning standards aren't being maintained. It left me feeling uncomfortable and, quite honestly, dirty. The breakfast itself was plentiful, but sadly lacked flavour. Combined with the poor cleanliness of the dining area, it left a very disappointing final impression. I genuinely felt like I needed another shower after breakfast. In summary, I have stayed in other excellent Premier Inn's but this one is really not one I would return to.

"Excellent staff in the Premier Inn and Brewers fayre"
We have just returned from a short break staying at the Premier Inn Llandudno Junction.
We cannot praise Yvette and all the team enough. We were really welcomed on arrival and looked after do well The rooms were comfortable and very clean.
We also really enjoyed our meals,st the Brewers Fayre next door.
Again, all the team were very good indeed and the variety and quality of food very good indeed.
Looking forward to a return visit
Many thanks

"One night in Conwy"
Arrived at 1.40pm and had to register my car for parking at the adjacent Pub immediately, for fear of a parking fine. I then walked to reception where Staff were on the telephone for an apparent Teams Call. As opposed to ask to be helped, Staff continued listening to the call on speaker. After waiting patiently I asked if I could check in at 1.40pm. Was told check in is 3pm, no exceptions, not even if there were rooms available. I was advised I could pay £18 of which I refused. I've travelled around the world and if Hotels have rooms free and you arrive slightly early, they let you check in. It works both ways. I checked out early. No one on reception, just just your room keys in a box.
The room had no Aircon, was clean, but the bathroom didn't smell very fresh and the soap dispenser had rust on it.
The TV was a reasonable size and enough channels.
Tea and coffee making facilities available.
Not great value for money.

"Great Value and Location"
It’s an ideal base for exploring Snowdonia, close enough to head into the mountains for a day of walking and sightseeing, then come back to a comfortable, quiet room to recharge. It was also great value compared to other places we looked at across. It gave us easy access to everything we wanted to see. Rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were as comfy as always, and the whole stay was hassle-free. Would happily book here again on our next trip to North Wales.
