Llandudno (Glan-Conwy) hotel

Llandudno ( Glan-Conwy) On arrival Johnathan greeted us with a friendly smile, check in was easy staying for 3 nights and we booked our breakfasts for 3 days Room as always was clean and comfortable, I needed an extra pillow which was given to me Breakfasts, Sophie greeted us with a friendly smile, asked if we had any allergies and said to sit where we’d like and help ourselves to food I love the porridge there and knew to order before I sat down We didn’t eat there in the evenings as we were dining with our family each night On our last night we asked Johnathan if we could book our family in for breakfast on the final morning and he said of course as there would now be 9 of us Again Sophie was very helpful in the morning as a couple of the family are celiac and service was very good and considerate to their needs We also spoke to 3 other ladies at reception one of the days and they were equally friendly We have stayed here over the years and found it the same friendly place every the time It’s hard in today’s difficult times to get good service I’d recommend it to anyone We visited Bodnant Gardens & cafe good food, and the gardens are great Out in the gardens there’s a toilet stop and also a coffee and ice cream shop next to them, you’ll need a wee break We also visited the owl sanctuary kids and adults loved it Llandudno has good cafes and restaurant and shops to escape to if it’s wet

Lovely hotel, very peaceful. Easy to book a table for meals. Customer service goes above and beyond, I was travelling for business and forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste, mentioned this to Yvette on reception and she went into her own bag and gave me a brand new travel toothbrush and toothpaste that was hers personally. I'm very impressed by the service provided here.

Absolutely fantastic hotel the location is perfect. Very quiet in rooms even though so close to a55. The staff are really nice on arrival we was greeted with a very friendly atmosphere. Rooms clean beds comfortable can not say one bad word. Definitely would recommend staying here. Had a great weekend.

Stayed at this hotel in February with my partner couldn't fault the place .. bedroom was clean staff was friendly .. very quiet .. beds comfy definitely recommended booked to stay again
