"Tired but functional"
Very dreary from the outside, just a grey prefab building however the staff were very welcoming both in the hotel & restaurant. Rooms would benefit from being given a refresh, particularly bathrooms but the stay was comfortable for what we needed. We also stayed in a Manchester Premier Inn the following week which was much more modern so we are able to do a direct comparison to how the hotel could have been. The attached Brewers Fayre was shutting down and the menu was limited due to this as the fryer had broken but as the restaurant was closing down the management wouldn’t repair/replace. The staff there were really lovely and welcoming however.

"Great family stay at Premier Inn Llandudno Glan-Conwy"
We stayed for two nights as a family of four (two adults and two children aged 6 and 14) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal for exploring both Llandudno and Colwyn Bay.
The room comfortably accommodated our family and met our requirements. We were also grateful to be able to check in early as requested. The hot and continental breakfast was excellent and was a real highlight of our stay.
A couple of small additions would have made our stay even better; the provision of a mini fridge in the room, which would have been useful for storing drinks and food, and better communication regarding enquiries. I emailed llandudno.pi@whitbread.com on 21 August before our stay but did not receive a response. I also asked reception for an iron, but unfortunately none were available at the time.

"Sadly not for me!"
We stayed for one night after arriving on the ferry before continuing our onward journey. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Although having to pay for car parking wasn't ideal, the charge wasn't excessive. It was a bit disconcerting to be told however to do it quickly or we would get a big fine! The hotel itself was very good. Our room was clean and despite the exceptionally hot weather, the room remained comfortable thanks to the thoughtful addition of a very powerful fan. It was also impressively quiet, making for a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely when it came to breakfast in the adjoining pub/Brewers Fayre. The breakfast area was grubby. Tables were sticky, the seating was dirty and almost every surface I touched felt sticky. In this day and age, it's hard to understand why basic cleaning standards aren't being maintained. It left me feeling uncomfortable and, quite honestly, dirty. The breakfast itself was plentiful, but sadly lacked flavour. Combined with the poor cleanliness of the dining area, it left a very disappointing final impression. I genuinely felt like I needed another shower after breakfast. In summary, I have stayed in other excellent Premier Inn's but this one is really not one I would return to.

"Excellent staff in the Premier Inn and Brewers fayre"
We have just returned from a short break staying at the Premier Inn Llandudno Junction.
We cannot praise Yvette and all the team enough. We were really welcomed on arrival and looked after do well The rooms were comfortable and very clean.
We also really enjoyed our meals,st the Brewers Fayre next door.
Again, all the team were very good indeed and the variety and quality of food very good indeed.
Looking forward to a return visit
Many thanks
