"A disappointed regular customer"
Check in experience was poor Check in terminals in a hotel which needs a reception desk. Lots of visitors from overseas seemed confused by the process resulting in longer queues. One member of staff battling to help was not enough. Having to pay for parking was disappointing. why not non residents pay and guests stay for free which is offered at other Premiere Inns especially as this is one of the more expensive hotels.
"Lovely stay and staff great"
Attended the interview tarnation convention of Jehovahs witnesses , so hotel was very busy. But all staff looked after us very well, food was good and room was clean and comfortable. We usually stay every year because we've had such good experinces before . We'll done to all the staff. Don't lose your sparkle !,
"Nice location next to the river a little slow for check in!"
A lovely trip and lovely hotel. All amenities available in the room and good location next to the river. Although a walk into the city about 45 minutes. Payable parking on-site. The only down side we had to wait over a hour at four PM for our room to be ready and staff just told us to wait, no drinks offered, surely a cuppa could have been offered! The website for the hotel says you can check in at 3PM!
"Good price/quality"
We had some issues with the self check-in, but luckily a staff member was available to check us in. We had a nice dinner, but staff here could have been friendlier, everything felt really rushed, and we did not feel relaxed here at all. The staff at breakfast was much friendlier and at ease. Breakfast is good. The rooms are nice enough, although a bit noisy. Parking is paying for guests (£9,50 per 24 hours), this could have been included in the price. Over all, good stay.
"Had a lovely stay."
Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Friendly staff and environment. Close proximity to OVO Hydro. Looking for forward to my next visit.
