"Professional service."
Stayed on 14th September because we had tickets to see Lewis Capaldi. Lovely pleasant and professional staff. Denise at check-in was extremely helpful. We got a comfy seat with a nice view and had a nice cold drink. Would definitely recommend staying here very accessible to get to the venue at night too.
"Concert visit"
Great location for attending concert venues. Lovely family room. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable beds. Staff nice and friendly and a great buffet breakfast.
"Nice hotel along the quay"
I had a good experience at the Premier Inn. The location is nice, a bit away from downtown so quieter but with easy access via the subway. However, there is plenty to do within about 15-20 minutes' walk of the hotel, so you don't necessarily need to head downtown if you don't want to. The walk along the quay is particularly nice. The rooms were comfortable and well-stocked with amenities. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.
"Denise"
Great, easy experience - only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the Air Con in room is unfortunately pathetic Special mention to Denise for being lovely, friendly and providing complementary drinks when the bar wasn’t opened yet
"Be careful"
As usual nowadays, reception is unmanned and despite ringing the bell two or three times, nobody appeared. Eventually I got advised that earlier check in before 3pm wasn't available on a Saturday. Coming back later, we finally got checked in and given directions to the room. By mistake I had booked an accessible room. (Room 115) What an eye opener. The sink has a large crack. The tap is insecure and the whole appliance can be moved from side to side. The toilet appears to have a leak as we found quite a bit of water on the floor. The toilet handle is likely to come away in your hand anytime.
