Edinburgh Park (Airport) hotel

Helen on reception made so much difference to our stay we are really grateful.

We had a fantastic stay with Premier Inn Edinburgh park, very accessible, shops are just a few minutes walk, cheap parking rate, clean room and you get your money's worth.

After a horrible experience at another hotel, we moved to this Premier Inn and honestly could not fault it. The room was massive for the two of us, extremely clean and felt comfortable straight away. The shower pressure was brilliant and everything actually felt properly maintained and looked after. There was also tea and coffee provided in the room and staff were happy to top this up if needed which was a lovely touch. We paid for early check-in when we arrived at around 11am rather than booking it in advance, and I honestly think this helped us avoid the busy 3pm rush. Every single staff member we interacted with was lovely and accommodating, including the cleaners. The customer service here genuinely made such a difference to our trip. The location is fantastic. The train station and tram stop are directly outside the hotel, making it really easy to get around Edinburgh. For the tram, you simply use the stairs in the train station to cross over the tracks and tap on/off which was really convenient. Despite having such good transport links and shops nearby, the hotel itself was still quiet at night and not surrounded by loads of traffic or noise. Parking was simple and cost around £4.50 per day which seems pretty average for Edinburgh. We personally didn’t eat at the hotel as we had activities planned throughout the trip, but the food and drink prices seemed reasonable compared to other places nearby. Overall, this hotel completely turned our trip around after a very disappointing start elsewhere and we would only plan on staying here again next time.

I was a solo traveller to meet up with a group of friends in the city centre & was slightly anxious about staying in a hotel alone , especially with it being so far out of town. I need not have worried. I had paid for an early check-in and my room was ready when I stepped off the train ( practically outside the front of the hotel) at 11.15am. The room was clean, well proportioned with a shower room that modern & fresh with excellent water pressure. I met my friends at the tram stop, also right outside the hotel & we travelled to the city centre quickly & easily. I returned to the hotel later that night by tram too. Breakfast in the morning was well.worth the money. A good variety of choice in a bright airy space. All the staff were very friendly & welcoming. I thoroughly recommend a stay here, especially as a female solo traveller

A very well situated hotel, very close to my meeting venue. The hotel is situated off of the beaten track, but right next to Edinbur Park Tram & Train station. Directly opposite to this is a shopping park, including Aldi, Decathlon & Tesco. There is also a Costa. A bit further down the road is a very large Krispy Kreeme doughnut shop. The hotel accommodation was very good, with a Fridge in the room that I booked. I needed a fan in the room as I cannot use airconditioning. This was no problem and was placed in my room, when I returned. The room was VERY quiet and was kept very clean. I appreciated the free water and Chocolate bars. A nice touch! . The staff all smiled when interacting with me and I was able to have nice discussions with them. Breakfast was buffet style, which I appreciate, and the quality of the food and surroundings were fully acceptable. To be honest, the price was quite expensive to what I previously paid, however, you DO get bwhat you pay for, so all-in-all, top marks to everyone at Edinburgh Park Premier Inn.
