Edinburgh Park (Airport) hotel

Good location with a tram station in front of the building. Simple breakfast. Don't get there before 3 pm, because Check-in starts strictly at that time.

Stayed here on Thursday 21st May. Had a beautiful room very spacious. Very happy with everything and the food was very good. All staff I met were very polite and helpful. A big thank you to Sandra on reception for helping me with a fan in my room..very nice lady. She is a credit to the company!

Firstly, the location is solid. Well out of town, but right by a quick train or tram. Takes less than 10 mins to centre. But the hotel was dreadful. The walls were filthy as shown in the pictures. Makes you worry about the rest of the room if this is the walls. We had an email to say there was loud construction happening shortly before we arrived, called them to see what this would mean but they didn't answer any of the 5 calls I made. The first day we were woken by the noise of our upstairs neighbour walking up and down, but it was so loud it literally shook the bed. The final day we were woken by a cleaner walking into our room about 8:30. She panicked and went straight back out, but too late by then. We literally didn't see anyone working at reception our whole stay. Thankfully the machines worked well for check in on arrival. Bring on the robot uprising. Raised the issues by WhatsApp to them, they didn't seem too bothered. In fact they left we 3 days without reply at one point - until, after a few daily prods and a welfare check, they got back to me. Filthy, loud, bad communication, no staff (except ones that walk into your room and wake you). Oh and the water came sideways out of the tap and that was really annoying.

Another great stay at this hotel! Got our top floor room which is brilliant as always! Staff fantastic as always ! Breakfast yummy room very good 👍 10/10 for everything! 😁

What a fantastic location for a hotel so close to every sort of public transport. The hotel itself self it very modern and exceptionally clean in all areas especially the bedrooms. Breakfast is super value for money as it’s all you can eat great layout of the restaurant to very easy to move around when busy. The service from the staff was phenomenal it’s great to see a team work so well together and even better to see such a hands on hotel manager as you dont see that everyday. Having such a good team and leadership makes the atmosphere so much better for everyone. All in all a super peaceful break and we look forward to staying again. A big thanks to the team for making our stay a little bit more special.
