"It's ok but this Hotel needs to make improvements in service..."
The Hotel is just fine and a great location. Food and bar are fine. Rooms are clean but I cannot give a 5 star review. Lose one star for the fact that if you call the hotel - 0131 338 0130 - for any reason - they NEVER answer the phone. Lose another star as you have to book a dinner slot or you may not eat until quite late. So top tip is go to reception, hit the buzzer, someone may appear if you're lucky, and confirm with them a time you want for dinner. Trust me, I've been in and out of this hotel every month since January this year. Staff are nice enough, but do things at their pace. Don't expect great customer service from this budget hotel...

"Great location"
The hotel is in a great location, right next to the train and tram stop. The Plus Room is worth it for the extras.
The room was far too hot and stuffy though. The window didn't open. We had the air con on for hours and it made no difference. The window pane itself was roasting hot. It seemed to have a coating on the outside of the glass that absorbed all the heat of the sun. Just something to bear in mind.
Breakfast was ok. All you can eat buffet for £11.99. For the quality and choice, I don't think it's great value.

"Quiet, lovely and great value, would definitely return!"
The room was lovely, clean, tidy, and well looked after. It was perfectly quiet throughout the night, so I slept really well. The breakfast buffet was really good and great value for money. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great location! Would definitely recommend!

"Great hotel, perfect location and exceptionally friendly staff. My stay was truly excellent."
My stay at Premier Inn Edinburgh Park was exceptionally enjoyable. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well organised, and its location right next to the tram and train station makes getting to the centre of Edinburgh quick and convenient. The rooms are spacious, well soundproofed, and very comfortable – perfect for both short and longer stays.
The staff deserve special recognition. They were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to answer questions or offer advice regarding transport and local attractions. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about guests’ comfort — they respond quickly, with kindness and full professionalism. The welcoming atmosphere they create makes you feel at ease from the very first moment.
Breakfast was tasty, fresh, and varied, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant.
Another great advantage is the excellent location – close to the airport, with easy access to the tram, train, and bus services. This makes the hotel a perfect base both for tourists and business travellers. I will certainly choose this place again in the future.

"Great base for a trip to Edinburgh"
Great base for a trip to Edinburgh. The rooms are clean and quiet with very comfortable beds and breakfast was great (£11.99 per adult and free for kids) with plenty of choice. The location is out of the city centre but there is a train station and tram station right behind the hotel with very easy access to both the airport and the centre of Edinburgh. Parking was also reasonably priced at £4.50 a night. The area around the hotel is mainly offices and other hotels but there is a shopping centre a few minutes walk away. We would definitely stay here again.
