    "Nice, location and staff"
    Overall a very nice stay. But if you are given room 116, I hope the chair has either been cleaned or replaced as it was extremely stained when we arrived. And the mattress replacements we were told they were due can't come soon enough was the most uncomfortable mattress ever experienced in our stays at Premier inn

    Well what can i say , we have stayed here a few times and it just gets better and better. The staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble for them. Roshan is brilliant always managed a smile and solve our odd problem with enthusiasm and determination. Especially the Guinness lol. Well done Premier Inn you have a great hotel here and absolutely fantastic staff. Keep it up, we will no doubt be back soon.

    Just dropped in to have an afternoon coffee. We were greeted by Roshan what a nice guy and a great asset for Premier Inn. He was very attentive and friendly. Nothing was a problem to him. We will be back with our friends. Thanks
