Worthing Seafront hotel

First class food , first class service .....a very enjoyable experience all round will definitely come back again . The hot food was cooke well .

On arrival it was very confusing. We walked past a fixed sign that stated "No access to hotel via patio, please use main Reception doors." only to find a temporary sign on the main Reception doors stating "Please use patio doors to enter". The access to the patio doors is via 4 steep steps and I saw a disabled woman really struggling to get up the steps and her family really struggled to lift her heavy motorised wheelchair up the steps. When we were in the hotel the signage was stupid. As I made my way to the lift next to the reception I was told by the receptionist not to use that lift as it did not offer access to our room, despite the fact that our room number was 215 and the sign next to this lift stated that it could be used to access room 215. We were told to go down the corridor and use the other lift. We walked down the corridor and could only find the stairs. We went back to reception to be told that we needed to go through a door at the end of the corridor. That lift had a lift request button that didn't work properly (faulty connection?) . The rbedoom was untidy with old bags that contained extra pillows being pushed under the bed (but showing). The bedroom also had poor maintenance issues. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Friendly & helpful staff, particularly Christine in the kitchen. Nice seafront location and close to plenty of free parking.

poor value for money I went bank holiday weekend had to pay over £100 more on Saturday night than Friday or Sunday . Paying too much for an average hotel . Was not impressed to be charged for having a late night black coffee with no signs to say this was not included ! Air con in room not working properly either Bed comfy WIll look else where when next in Worthing

Tried to book on their app for April 2026. Showed hotel fully booked?? Phoned and ended up in foreign call centre who confirmed fully booked offered Rustington which was fully booked?? Put through eventually to Worthing. Spoke to lovely lady who said date was available but no means to take my payment. I asked if I visited could I book. Yes was possible. Drove 2.5 hours to be told it’s blocked out and to check every day to see if rooms have been released. Guy was all by himself self running drinks, restaurant and bookings! It should not be this hard to book a room!! Such a shame as we love a Premier Inn but this time we were beaten so booked an Airbnb at half the price!
