"Very kind staff"
Vicki and Chloe were great staff members. Vicki was especially helpful and always very kind. I appreciate her assistance in serving me breakfast.

I alway pick a premier in for a budget hotel beds are always comfy and it does what it says on the tin so this was good. The breakfast was truly inedible and I’m not a very critical person. Would like better quality tea/coffee and a fridge in the room
"Perfect Stay"
A group of my family booked the hotel for a two night stay as it was a conveniently located for a wedding at Selden Barnes in Patching. The hotel is situated just off the A27 and has easy access to the seaside resorts of Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing, as well as Arundel. Although so close to the main road you were not disturbed by noise from the traffic in the hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable with all the amenities you expect from a Premier Inn – comfortable bed, choice of pillows, tea & coffee making facilities . . . . . The staff in the hotel were super polite, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to another coming back. A big thank you to all the team at the hotel and a special shout out to Chloe, Lea and Jay who went above and beyond to make our time our time there so special.
"Excellent Team of staff"
Great Location for our needs, with good bus links if required and plenty of parking. A quiet location, you would never know you are by the main road. We remarked during our stay how helpful and friendly all the staff were, Check-in (reception), bar, breakfast and housekeeping. Everybody was so welcoming and service was always given with a smile. Some names to mention (though by no means all of them), Chloe, Claire, Lea, Vicki and Jay. A more conscientious and customer focused team you could not hope to meet and a big asset to the Premier Inn. Not only that, but due to an incident we had after checking out, the staff went above and beyond, in particular Chloe, Jay and Lea (who were on duty at the time). Many thanks for all your help and care with an additional thanks to the West Sussex Fire & Rescue crew who also came to the rescue.
