      "Our trip to the oven"
      Room was like an oven air con didn’t work and stunk of BO we stayed in our room 3 hrs and left. Take air fresheners if staying here
      "Needs air conditioning"
      No air conditioning. The outside temperature was 30 degree and even hotter in the building. Was left a small fan in the room to circulate the hot air. Was our wedding night and left by 6:30 am as the most uncomfortable hotel we’ve ever stayed in. My mother in law stayed in the next hotel down the road and said it was amazing and air conditioning was amazing

      Really comfortable beds and a great location for the airport. Gatwick Manor restaurant is on the doorstep and offers great food and drink 🍻.

      "In need of TLC, noisy if on ground floor"
      Good location for south terminal but hotel needs TLC. Bathroom hanger on back of door hanging off. If on ground floor hear everything above you when other visitors move around. We unfortunately had someone above us move around ALL NIGHT. The exterior of the building needs a repaint, it's looking tired. It's saving grace is that it has an adjoining pub that is reasonly priced in terms of food, drinks are London prices (I'm from Liverpool). Overall, if staying here ask for a first floor room to avoid our experience of constant walk around people. I would stay here again for the close location to the airport and affordability but it does need to look at it's maintenance and maybe informing first floor guests to please consider the people below them.

      Our London Gatwick Airport South (London Road) hotel makes flights from Gatwick Airport easy. We’re just a 10-minute drive from Gatwick Airport South Terminal. Our hotel has free on-site parking. There’s also a restaurant next to our hotel with a range of delicious breakfast and dinner options. Whether you’re landing or preparing for take-off, you can look forward to a relaxing sleep on one of our comfy double or kingsize beds.

      If you need anything before your flight, we’re just a 15-minute walk from County Oak Retail Park, which has a range of shops including supermarkets, pharmacies and everything else you might need before you travel. Crawley Leisure Park is just a 10-minute drive from our hotel, with cinemas, bowling alleys and much more to help you unwind before a long journey.

      If you’re planning to explore a little before you fly, there’s plenty of things to do in the area. Visit the People’s Cathedral in Guildford, stop by Crystal Palace in Croydon, take a stroll along Brighton Beach and Pier, or see sights like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace in London.
