Parking at Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport (North Terminal) hotel

There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Off-site parking is available at Gatwick Airport short stay car park 5 or 6 opposite the hotel at a discounted rate of £25 for 24 hours. (Further days of discounted parking, when not staying at the Hotel is not possible.) Please get your ticket validated at reception. Height restriction of 1.9m.

A minimum £7 charge now applies to use the designated drop off zone in both North and South Terminals at Gatwick Airport. For more information on rates please visit the Gatwick Airport website directly.

Please note that guests being picked up or dropped off will need to provide the car registration at the reception upon check in. Guests will need to enter the car registration into the system and only guests staying with us are exempt from paying the forecourt charge. Otherwise, they will receive a PCN.

Payment must be made by midnight the day after the visit to drop off passengers at the forecourt.

"As usual, a good stay at the Premier Inn North Terminal Gatwick"
As usual two good stays at the Premier Inn Gatwick North Terminal. Staff are always extremely helpful and friendly, room and bathroom clean, bed and pillow comfortable. I always try and factor in a stay at the hotel, even if my flight time does not warrant it. Only one moan...... it would have been good to have been able to leave a small case or rucksack for the 3 days between stays at the hotel. I know they can be left nearby, but after a 2 hour delayed flight back to the UK, one does not really want to go wandering off to find one's bag at a storage facility away from the hotel.
"Basic and poorly staffed"
We've used this hotel before and have always been complimentary about the service and cleanliness; not this time! The reception was poorly represented when we booked in, no clear idea from the portal of how to access our room key, the receptionist blatently ignored me and had to work it out myself. The room was clean only in the bathroom and clean bedding. The desk area hadn't seen a duster in weeks, not impressed. The resturant was well managed and our table waitress couldn't have been more helpful, I had to send my guiness back twice as it was flat the first time and the second attempt looked like it was just transferred to another glass. The bar staff, well the one bar person was doing a good a job as to be expected but could have been better supported during busy times and again the guiness was flat and sour. Not the best stay for £122.00. Might be better in a B&B next time!!
"Brilliant"
Absolutely lovely place to rest up before a flight the next day staff really friendly good food and rooms are really clean you wouldn't think you were staying near an airport as when you get to your room it's so quiet
"One Night's Stay"
Had to stay over one night at the Premier, was easy to check in and there was someone on call to ask about how to get the key for the room, which i was unsure about with the machine check in etc. Have stayed before, and would stay again as convenient when you arrive at North Terminal, to go straight to a hotel across the road. Checked out in the morning around 10 am, and left luggage in store room at Reception for a charity donation.
"Great choice of hotel for North Terminal overnight stay."
Great room (premier plus) with view of planes and runway. Easy check in. Directly in front of North terminal. We used evening meal & breakfast offer which is good value. Pub meal was okay, breakfast great. Have used a few times now.
