"Great experience"
I would highly reccommend this as an easy option prior to an early morning flight. Very efficient check in, close to the north terminal. Room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room, not much in the way of fridge etc but not needed for a one night stay.

Small room for two people and we were on 9th floor which is supposed to be a superior experience. There was one towel for two people. It was late and we were tired so didn’t notice until very early morning when we had to leave for our flight. Exceedingly poor. We’d had help with check-in as the room checking in service was down and so we didn’t realise f there should be any problems. We noticed afterwards that our room was apparently only booked in one name (we have visited several times in the past and this hasn’t happened in the past, not ever). Maybe for this reason, despite us being checked in by a real person and having two people on the booking, we only had one towel and a very small double bed (in the past we have always had two pillows and a fairly large bed…!) TERRIBLE
"Location is excellent"
This is our Premier Inn of choice now when flying into or out of Gatwick airport, its so close to the terminal - if you are using the monorail just go in the opposite direction to everyone else, take the lift down, and you're basically opposite the hotel. My one bugbear is that you have to go up to reception to check in, get your room key etc, then you have to wait for another lift to get to the room. It would be better to have a check in option on the ground floor (LG). The amazon lockers are a bonus though, we wanted to get new trainers for my daughter and they *might* not have arrived in time at home (non Mainland), so i just had to wait a couple of days in order that they would arrive the same day as / day before us. I was surprised when the arrival date was spot on as I allowed an extra day. It took less than 24 hours from ordering, to the parcel arriving! Also handy for small items that won't ship to us such as power banks. Breakfast, as always, was good, however despite arriving 50 minutes before the end of breakfast, there were no croissants left which was disappointing.

Great location , lovely room comfortable bed , tea / coffee & hairdryer facilities in room cannot ask for anything more ! most convenient. Only thing we had to pay a extra £3 per case because it was too early to check in. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
"Stanley: excellent customer service"
I would particularly like to thank and congratulate Stanley on his excellent customer service. He came to my rescue when my flight was cancelled and Easyjet left me in the lurch. I was travelling alone and was a bit overwhelmed by everything. He sorted it all out. Thank you Stanley!!!
