"Best hotel experience."
This is the best managed hotel. Clean, walking distance from terminal, great food. After 2 months of hotels in Europe, this night was the best.
"Poor restaurant service"
Called to book the restaurant before we arrived. Also checked the booking on arrival. Had to queue with everyone else who hadn't booked. Complained to the manager who said they were busy. We sent a complaint to premier inn who advised us to speak to management next time! Replied to their response saying we had highlighted the issue with the manager at the time. This information has been ignored. Seems premier inn are more interested in revenue than their guests experience.
"Nice and easy for an early flight"
Stayed for 1 night prior to an early flight. Would definitely use again. We arrived around 2.30pm and checked in almost straight away. Room on 2nd floor so after we dropped our cases we didn't need lifts again. Had a couple of drinks in lounge and booked table in their restaurant for dinner. We checked prices against the local wetherspoons and it was around the same and in fact we got 2 cocktails for £14 too. We dropped our cases the night before at twilight drop which was nice and easy. Room was nice and comfy, with tea making facilities a bonus.
"Clean comfortable bed, nice food. Lift situation is still bad though."
As usual, clean room with comfortable bed. Evening food was quick and tasty. Staff friendly and helpful. Only moan ( as usual) is the lift situation is awful. You need the lift to get to reception to check in. Yet again we had to queue through the main door and into the rain.
"Always a warm welcome"
We like this hotel always a warm welcome rooms are lovely and the beds are super comfy. I would like table service for the food in the bar and for the continental breakfast to start at 3:30 am as we had a 6am flight. Other than that the overall stay was good and we will definitely stay again.
