Parking at Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport (North Terminal) hotel

There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Off-site parking is available at Gatwick Airport short stay car park 5 or 6 opposite the hotel at a discounted rate of £25 for 24 hours. (Further days of discounted parking, when not staying at the Hotel is not possible.) Please get your ticket validated at reception. Height restriction of 1.9m.

A minimum £7 charge now applies to use the designated drop off zone in both North and South Terminals at Gatwick Airport. For more information on rates please visit the Gatwick Airport website directly.

Please note that guests being picked up or dropped off will need to provide the car registration at the reception upon check in. Guests will need to enter the car registration into the system and only guests staying with us are exempt from paying the forecourt charge. Otherwise, they will receive a PCN.

Payment must be made by midnight the day after the visit to drop off passengers at the forecourt.

"A place to rest after flying home from Portugal"
Lovely place and very convenient after arriving back from Portugal 🇵🇹…..superb comfy bed and amazing breakfast…..staff very friendly and welcoming and easy to check in.more heaters are needed in the courtyard area for the smoking section and mobile signal needs to be improved without having to log on to the hotel WiFi.also bought 2 bottles of soft drinks from the Costa which cost £5.30….really!!!!!!!
"Lovely restaurant and staff"
Lovely meal in the restaurant. Blakely was our server and he was extremely polite and patient with the young children. Comfy beds - recommended to everyone
"Lost property cannot be found"
We booked a room for a family of four, the room was clean and the service at the restaurant was excellent. On the day we checked out, my five-year-old son left his favourite music toy in the room, hanging on a bedside lamp. It was Sternatler’s musical box, a sheep on a moon, which has been discontinued. My son has had this toy every night since he was born. We phoned the hotel as soon as we realised that we have left the toy in the room, which was about 15 minutes after we checked out. The customer service took notes and we phoned the hotel again in the afternoon on the same day. To our great disappointment, they said they couldn’t find the toy. It appears to me that someone has kept the toy for themselves and left the owner, a little boy, in frustration. Absolutely awful.
"Good, clean accommodation but very unhappy about inadequate signage at the drop off area that led to a £60 parking fine."
Accommodation was good value, clean and comfortable. The food was adequate at the restaurant. Checking in was easy. The drop-off sign said 10 minutes free, so I was seriously unimpressed to get a £60 fine having been there for 3 minutes to unload. Small print apparently says you have to register the car details in the hotel for free parking, but it is not clear.
"Ideal Hotel for Gatwick Airport"
Very busy Hotel, but ideal for the airport, just walk across the road, there were trolleys outside for carrying the cases. We went for the Premier Inn Plus room, well worth it, was a humid night and the air conditioning kept the room cool. Very comfortable bed and pillows, very good shower. Nice meal in the very busy Restaurant, you need to book table. Would highly recommend if flying from Gatwick Airport
