"Deserve more starts"
Definitely coming back, really clean, welcoming. Food was amazing, really focused on my allergies. Staff was so helpful and supportive.

Such brilliant customer service - we got to the hotel in a bit of a flap because we’d left our road trip guide at home about 3hrs away, Yasmin and Stephen at the front desk were incredible and printed the documents out for us, stapled in sections and totally saved us panicking about how we were gonna work out getting from LA - Chicago with no paperwork😂 Brilliant customer service, hopefully they can be formally recognised! And as always comfy clean rooms ☺️
"Great hotel to stay before an early flight."
One of the nicest premier inn we've stayed in. Rooms were modern and very clean. We had an evening meal and breakfast here which was lovely. The staff were very helpful. Parking is £15 for 24hrs. We stayed the night before our flight from Gatwick. I would highly recommend.
"Convenient location and great nights sleep"
This Premier Inn is in a great location for Gatwick airport. It is easy to get to/from the hotel on the 100 bus with links to the South Terminal and rail station. The hotel is clean with all the facilities you expect from a Premier Inn. I often find ‘airport hotels’ noisy, but despite the planes, being near a road and customers coming/going at all hours it is very quiet and we both had an excellent nights sleep. If we need a hotel before flying from Gatwick again, we would certainly stay again.
"Perfect location with exceptional customer service!"
A great experience with Premier inn. Sofia on the front desk had exceptional customer service and she made us feel so welcome even though we was only staying for a night. Give that a woman a raise! We had dinner in the hotel and this was really nice also. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed. Parking was an extra £15 for the night, this didn’t bother us though as we expected to pay. Thanks premier inn we would definitely recommend this to anyone using Gatwick airport location is amazing. 10 minutes to airport!!
