Premier Inn Manor Royal is truly an outstanding hotel with an exceptional team. From the reception and bar staff to the housekeeping, kitchen, and technical teams – every single member goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality create an atmosphere where you don’t just feel like a guest, but truly at home. The reception team is always warm, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The bar staff make every interaction pleasant and relaxing, while the housekeeping team keeps everything spotlessly clean with incredible attention to detail. The kitchen team deserves high praise for their delicious food and friendly service, and the technical staff work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. My wife and I stay here once every month, and we have never been disappointed. No matter what you are looking for in a hotel, this place delivers it with excellence. "Pre holiday hotel"
Gaynor was really lovely, helpful at check in and served us in the restaurant for dinner. Would recommend staying here.
"Phenomenal care from staff"
We regularly stay at Premier Inns and we know what to expect when it comes to the rooms and the restaurants. However what stood out about this premier inn was the INCREDIBLE customer service. We flew in late from Gatwick where a lovely woman checked us in because we were exhausted and had our hands full. The next morning we woke up late and we were almost late for breakfast but the staff were phenomenal and reassured us that it was okay. The chef Mira, cooked up a load of fresh sausages, bacon and hash browns because the buffet was closing. She even made enough that we could take sandwiches for the long 7 hour drive home. Vicky, the waitress, made us feel so welcome and had a lovely chat with us and our 3 young kids. She was so lovely and made our day. Gaynor who was on reception/ front of house moved heaven and earth to make sure we were well looked after and organised everything. She had a lovely chat with us too and was simply fantastic. Thank you everyone - we’ll be staying again for sure!
"Modern Hotel with top notch rooms"
Enjoyable well maintained and recently refurbished rooms. The hotel outside of the rooms was perhaps showing some wear and tear but it is still of a high standard. Well located do getting to Gatwick it is an excellent place if you prefer the modern experience. Hotel food was also of good quality (my mixed grill was cooked well) and given how much food was left at our table it also was good portioned if that’s a concern. Check-in is with machines which must adds to that modern feel.
