London Gatwick Airport (Manor Royal) hotel

We stayed at Premiere Inn Gatwick Airport Manor Royal for two nights during our trip to England. During our trip we stayed at an Airbnb and another hotel and Manor Royal was, hands-down, the best of the three. I have already recommended them to multiple friends who are traveling in the next year. I will look for Premier Inn with Premier plus rooms for other trips as well. Our room at Premier Inn Gatwick Airport Manor Royal room was impeccably clean, and we had control of the air conditioner. I am always very hot, so being able to make the room cool enough to sleep was wonderful. The mood lighting in the bathroom was my favorite color, purple, and totally unexpected. It was such a fun treat. The bed was comfortable, but we could have used a slightly thicker duvet, or an extra blanket for when my husband was colder than I was. We had dinner late one night and it was delicious. Service, once we were seated, was excellent, but the restaurant really could have used a hostess who was dedicated to greeting and seating customers. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was the only disappointment that we had. We each only had a small amount of food because the fried eggs were actually sunny side up, so the whites were not completely cooked, and the scrambled eggs were a little too wet. It might be an American thing, but I would’ve liked slightly thinner toast because I like my eggs on my toast, and it was hard to eat eggs on thick toast. The sausage wasn’t very flavorful, but that could just be my American taste buds. Overall, I just don’t think the all-you-can-eat breakfast is worth the price. Our critique of breakfast, however does not diminish our five star rating of this hotel. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, so getting to and from the airport and the train station was super simple.

A warm welcome, a nice ambience, great bar & restaurant. The room was a good size & very clean, the bed was really comfortable with plenty of pillows, an amazing shower, hot & powerful. I really can't fault it at all. All at a very reasonable price, we went for the room & meal deal which was great value for money.

Definitely coming back, really clean, welcoming. Food was amazing, really focused on my allergies. Staff was so helpful and supportive.

Such brilliant customer service - we got to the hotel in a bit of a flap because we’d left our road trip guide at home about 3hrs away, Yasmin and Stephen at the front desk were incredible and printed the documents out for us, stapled in sections and totally saved us panicking about how we were gonna work out getting from LA - Chicago with no paperwork😂 Brilliant customer service, hopefully they can be formally recognised! And as always comfy clean rooms ☺️

One of the nicest premier inn we've stayed in. Rooms were modern and very clean. We had an evening meal and breakfast here which was lovely. The staff were very helpful. Parking is £15 for 24hrs. We stayed the night before our flight from Gatwick. I would highly recommend.
