      Julie was amazing, even in a situation out of her control she made sure to make us have the best experience and got us all sorted she was brilliant

      I thought I’d booked the North Terminal Premier Inn but had accidentally booked this one instead, and I’m glad I did! It’s so much quieter despite just being less than a 10 minute walk away from the North Terminal. The staff were amazingly friendly, beds comfy as always (good old Premier Inn), restaurant is lovely and they have a little beer garden. Albeit it’s in the car park, but I was there during a heat wave so it was very much appreciated. Would definitely book this one over the North Terminal one in the future 😊

      We stopped here for the night before our flight in the morning for our honeymoon. Was talking to the hotel staff about the trip. When we came back in to order food they gave us a free bottle of Prosecco on the house to celebrate our honeymoon. Our heart were really full! Thank you Julie 🩷

      Comfortable beds ,clean ,everything you need .quiet ,a short walk from north terminal. But shuttle if you want it. Good service, friendly staff

      Salad was warm at dinner (in a side bowl) The restaurant Staff were busy chatting very loudly together rather than serving customers in the restaurant. It would be ok to stay if you get a good deal but not full price. Sheet had a hole in it on the bed. Room is otherwise clean.

If you’re flying from Gatwick South Terminal, there’s a 24-hour inter-terminal shuttle service that runs between the terminals every few minutes. priced at £3.50 for north terminal and £4.50 for south terminal. Getting to our hotel is easy, whether by car along the A23, using the Gatwick Express trains that run from Brighton to London or National Express coaches that run across the country.
