    "avoid during summer months"
    Staff were excellent, bed very comfy but lack of air conditioning meant the room was too hot to sleep and too noisy from guests coming and going at all hours which was louder than usual due to having to leave the windows open to cool the room.
    "Good stay"
    The traffic from the A23 can be heard in the rooms facing the parking lot, however there is not much that can be done, as I am aware. Overall it was a lovely stay. It is in a good location, about a 5 minute walk maximum from Gatwick North Terminal. The breakfast was lovely
    "Handy location"
    Great room, staff pretty friendly and helpful. Great location. Food was pretty average. Kids menu reasonably priced.
    "Sauna not a hotel room"
    Our room has no working air conditioning and instead two electric fans to blow around the warm air on what was one of the hottest nights if the year. We couldn't even open the window as we were ground floor and the smoking/outside seating area was right outside. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere.
    "Comfy bed and pillowd"
    Long walk to bedroom, but very comfy room. Bed and pillows amazing, nice toiletries. Very clean. Self check in no so smooth but got there as there were no staff!! Larger fan would be handy as no air-conditioning and very hot.

    You’re less than a 10-minute walk from Gatwick North Terminal when you book at our Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport (A23 Airport Way) hotel. If you’re flying from Gatwick South Terminal, there’s a 24-hour inter-terminal shuttle service that runs between the terminals every few minutes. priced at £3.50 for north terminal and £4.50 for south terminal. Getting to our hotel is easy, whether by car along the A23, using the Gatwick Express trains that run from Brighton to London or National Express coaches that run across the country. Get ready for your flight or unwind after a long journey at our in-house Thyme restaurant and look forward to a blissful sleep on one of our super-comfy beds in one of the 220 spacious rooms at our hotel.
