    "Great value"
    Easy check inn, rooms were very nice, evening meal was fantastic, certainly wasn't expecting it to taste so good and not expensive
    "Tired looking room with mould in bathroom."
    We always stay at Premier Inn across the country and never have had a bad stay sadly this one felt grotty and worn out and in big need of a refurbishment. Check in was as always easy enough and stress free but on way to our room you start to see the place looks run down and does not smell great either (almost like dog smell) and lots of dust especially on top of all the fire extinguishes in the corridos. Our room was dusty and very poorly hovered, staines on carpets and chair of the desk and a squashed fly smeared across celing, the bathroom smelt of damp and had black mould in grouting and on celing and cobwebs behind bathroom door. The manager was very helpful when we spoke to him about the issues. The staff at dinner in rhe evening were alright and in the morning the different staff were totally different they were friendly welcoming, smiling and helpful. Was good hot breakfast buffet set up with fresh fruit sald youghurts, pacakes and pastrys.
    "The parking partner is not always necessary"
    Wonderful staff and service on check-in, bar, restaurant and check-out. The webiste insists that one uses a so-called parking partner but this is only for long term parking for those flying out of Gatwick and returning after some time. For e.g. non-UK car renters just park at the hotel before returning your rental.
    "Super!"
    We stayed here as we had a flight from the airport the following morning. We arrived at the hotel at about 4:00pm and relaxed with a few drinks and something to eat. The area for drinks outside is very nice and relaxing. The food in the restaurant was simply fantastic, I had a mixed grill, better than a lot of restaurants. Comfortable room and bed and spacious. Overall, a very good stay
    "Usual Premier Inn setup, but no air con in second floor room"
    Usual premier Inn fare. Room on 2nd floor had no air conditioning in summer, so fans were provided, so budget for that it you can't take the heat
