    "Shower access dangerous. Room clean and comfortable"
    The location to the airport was excellent, the room was clean and bed very comfortable. In a world of Health and safety gone mad I question the design choice of the shower over the bath, will actually the height of the bath. At 5'2" the bath was too high for me to climb into safely. I managed but slipped when getting in to have my shower. Trying to get out of the bath after the shower was hazardous. Was this an ill thought out design decision or did you buy bulk for a cheap price?

    We stay there 30/08/25.This amazing hotel from the minute u park to your u leave.the staff are excellent very friendly and knowledgeable nothing was to much trouble. The food was very good and really very fairly priced and very nice the restaurant was clean and very well layout as people with disabilities could walk or wheelchairs accessible. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very easy access to rooms. If u want value for money this is it u can walk to Gatwick in 10 minutes or use summer parking 5 mins from hotel. Takes the stress out on day of holiday.

    Had a lovely meal in the restaurant last night. Our server was Gemma and she was absolutely amazing! and made our night with her attentive service. Nothing was a problem and she was so friendly and chatty 😃

    Really disappointing. I booked with Premier Inn because all the other ones I have stayed in have been of a consistent quality and I thought I knew what I was getting for the money. It’s a short walk from the north terminal, 5-10 mins depending on your walking speed with suitcases! The room was dirty. There are spilled liquids on the walls in room 7 that haven’t been wiped clean and cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings. The bathroom had an overpowering smell of chlorine/bleach, but not in a clean way. More of a damp old swimming pool changing rooms kind of way… There are also very soft spots in the bathroom floor. The bed was ok. Not as comfortable as other premier inn beds I’ve stayed in but not the worst hotel bed either to be fair. The soundproofing was good for the planes, could hardly hear them. We could unfortunately hear the people moving around in the room above us at 4am though. Almost all the staff seemed thoroughly miserable to be there, and after spending the night, I can’t say I blame them! It was a Travelodge experience at a Premier Inn price. Either book somewhere cheaper for the same quality as you get here, or be willing to pay more if you want a clean comfortable room that doesn’t stink of chlorine.
