      "Thoughtful staff 🩷"
      We stopped here for the night before our flight in the morning for our honeymoon. Was talking to the hotel staff about the trip. When we came back in to order food they gave us a free bottle of Prosecco on the house to celebrate our honeymoon. Our heart were really full! Thank you Julie 🩷

      Comfortable beds ,clean ,everything you need .quiet ,a short walk from north terminal. But shuttle if you want it. Good service, friendly staff

      Salad was warm at dinner (in a side bowl) The restaurant Staff were busy chatting very loudly together rather than serving customers in the restaurant. It would be ok to stay if you get a good deal but not full price. Sheet had a hole in it on the bed. Room is otherwise clean.

      The high level of quality at this hotel was similar to that which I have experienced at other Premier Inn hotels. Check-in was simple. The room (including bathroom) was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The standard breakfast was excellent. The staff were pleasant and helpful. No complaints at all and I shall continue to use Premier Inn hotels. It's about 5 minutes' easy walk (without heavy luggage) from the entrance to the north terminal at Gatwick Airport. There is a shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport terminals that runs every 30 minutes. I don't know between what hours it operates.
