    "Fantastic location, but really needs an Upgrade"
    The room was tired looking with stains on the walls and skirting boards. For a room that faces the afternoon sun, so invariably will heat up, there was no Aircon. the hotel is next to a dual carriageway, so it was impractical to leave the window open because of the road noise. And although fans were in the room, they were noisy, and also because they were set up to blow over the bed. This meant that the room was very hot and the air blew over my shoulders, which aggravated my frozen shoulder condition. I did not sleep during my stay, which was not ideal because the idea was to be rested before attending a wedding in Rhodes. We did not eat in the restaurant and only went to the bar, the selection of drinks were limited, Stella Artois was not available and the bar looked shabby, beer pump labels were missing and again leaving the impression of being tired looking. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and very helpful.
    "Pleasant Stay"
    We stayed one night here en route to Leicester. The hotel is fine, as expected of a Premier Inn, if a little tired. Our ground floor room had amazing triple glazing obliterating the traffic noise. Sadly it was impossible to wash in the bath as the soap was out of reach on the wall. Breakfast was good but not very hot so needed hot plates. We’ll happily return.
    "Good for a stop off before a flight."
    Good stop off for a flight from Gatwick. Room comfortable although no air con so could get warm but we knew this from previous experience and it is stated when you book. Easy parking. Excellent value for money.
    "Smelly carpet"
    Overall stay was okay but the carpet was quite smelly, smelt of dog. Free Coffee was not to my taste as it was sthe ground Nescafé. No Aircon, fan provided was not string enough.
    "A wonderful stay"
    Perfect stay. At Premier Inn you know what you are going to get at a value for money price! The staff were all friendly, the rooms clean and tidy, usual great breakfast. It's all you need. Oh, and the beds are so comfy.

    Our Premier Inn Gatwick Crawley Town West is halfway between London and Brighton and a 15-minute drive from Gatwick Airport South Terminal. Getting to Gatwick South Terminal from the North Terminal is easy thanks to the free 24-hour inter-terminal shuttle, which runs every few minutes. We have good access on to London, Brighton and beyond from the Gatwick Express trainline and National Express coaches across the country. Our hotel has free on-site parking with good taxi links on to Gatwick Airport. We serve delicious breakfasts and dinners at our on-site Thyme restaurant, where kids can eat breakfast for free. Look forward to a relaxing rest in one of our 83 spacious, expertly designed rooms and a perfect sleep on one of our comfy king-size beds.

    There’s plenty to do in nearby Crawley too – from working out at K2 Leisure Centre and watching the action at Broadfield Stadium, to walking the high wire at Go Ape, Tilgate Park and living the high life at Slaugham Manor. We’re just over a mile from Crawley Town Centre and high street shops at County Mall Shopping Centre. There’s lots to see if you’re planning a day out too, go trampolining at AirHop in Guildford, visiting Croydon Minister or unwind on the sunny stones of Brighton Beach.
