    "Clean, comfortable, and great customer service from Lisa."
    We stayed here with our two young children for one night. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The real highlight, however, was their ‘front of house’ staff member, Lisa. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was a real pleasure to deal with. She was polite and friendly, and our daughters came away feeling very special. We would definitely stay here again.

    Room on ground floor facing carpark was spotless. Great nights sleep and a fantastic breakfast, cooked perfectly to order, cracking start to the week
    "Very enjoyable stay"
    Lovely night's sleep, quiet and clean hotel, comfortable bed and friendly reception staff. Breakfast was of a high standard and Lisa was very attentive and did a fab job.
    "Awful smell!"
    Checked in last night for a single night stay. Was given room 106. The room smelt a bit stale when we went in, but it was late so we went straight to bed. By the morning the smell was terrible! It was coming from the bathroom and seemed to be the drains. We couldn't bring ourselves to use the facilities, it was so bad. The room should never have been given to guests - there is no way anyone could have missed it. Won't be returning.

    AMAZING STAY BEST BREAKFAST OF MY LIFE FELT LIKE I WAS ON HOLIDAY IT WAS QUICK AND FRESH FOOD REALLY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE SHOULD BE 5 STAR THIS HOTEL. LISA THE DEPUTY MANGER WAS ALWAYS THERE HAPPY TO HELP.😁😁😁
