Premier in great bar bad service i can't stand that lisa. She thinks too much of herself when she is not.She thinks she's the boss she is very rude on your face she gives you that smile i'm happy that I left the hotel

"Not the best experience."

On arrival there was an unpleasant/unclean smell in the reception area. The room that I was allocated had a toilet that didn't flush, eventually I was moved to another room. I've stayed in many Premier Inns over the years, but this latest experience was disappointing.

"Great location for our event nearby"

Great location for our event. We had three rooms booked, two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Generally the rooms were ok, but one room Room 110? was in need of a refurbishment in the bathroom in particular. The fans did not work in the shower or toilet area. The shower was set quite hot and unable to adjust. The heater did not work consistently and when it was on it made loud noises. The room was chilly at times. The remote control had no cover over the batteries and the buttons kept sticking ( small thing but quite irritating). If it hadn't been for the fact that the stay was for one night only, I probably would have asked for a change of room and made a complaint, however having been at a funeral all day, I just wanted to relax a bit before sleeping. I was able to make a nice cup of tea and that went a long way! The room was quite spacious and close to the dining area. Breakfast was cooked to order and served nice and hot. Staff I encountered were friendly and professional.

"One night stay at Premier Inn"

The location was perfect for my friend and I needs as we were very close to an event we were attending plus it was cheaper than the event's hotel. It has a car park and bus stop a very closeby. There is a snacks machine in the reception area and a 24hr petrol station opposite the hotel. The atmosphere at the hotel was amazing especially due to a lady called Lisa who was professional yet entertaining as her personality adapt to our personalities. I had booked a room with the wrong bed arrangements but in no time Lisa had changed our room in a flash! Lisa was very accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast is delicious, I just only wish I had a bigger stomach! My friend and I only stayed for one night but while we were there I found the hotel very quiet showing that the guests at the time were respectful. Thank you to Lisa and her colleagues for making our stay memorable
