"Shocking Experience"
Dreadfull experience staying at hotel beginning of July Fri, Sat,Sun.
Put in second floor room no opening windows Aircon not working although they knew about the fault and did not tell us room never went below 27.5 deg, also no light bulbs in bed head or table lamp,we complained butwe could not be moved until the Sunday night ad the hotel was full
On the Monday morning after a walk we returned to our room at 11.50 to find a cleaner in our room how had removed goods belonging to us with a value of over £100.00,she could not explain why she was in our room or why she had taken our belongings check out time is 12.00
The cleaning supervisor eventually found our goods although it had been tampered with and not at reception.
We have been onto customer service had a Ref number waited 9 days and nothing now bern on hold over an hour and getting shocking customer service no managers will talk to us
We have stayed at this hotel same time every year for a long time and never had any problems truly shocking service

"Usual Premier Inn high standard but faulty ground floor flooring & noisy fan"
The staff were excellent especially Hayley who was so helpful - but everyone was nice.
The breakfast was great quality. This is our third Prem Inn venue we have stayed in . All the usual good beds, blackout curtains were there.
Also the Accessable room with Low Bath was brilliantly designed.
The downside: The ground floor flooring creeks. Every movement is so noisy anywhere in the room. I have recorded it.
Anyone moving in the passage or any spot in our room (2) sounded like a loose floorboards. I only weigh 12 stone so it needs dealing with. I am sure Whitbreads could & should sort it.
Also the bathroom extractor fan sounds like an Jet Aeroplane warming up. That comes on when it wants to.

"Good location for Pier, Seafront, Fish Dish Restaurant."
Very helpful and welcoming staff at reception, plenty of parking (£5 charge for 24 hours). Very good location for the pier, seafront, Fish Dish Restaurant. There is a Lidl across the road if you need anything. A bit more basic than many premier inns we have stayed in but good for the price. I should say that they do serve evening meals and breakfast for guests but we always eat at The Fish Dish opposite the pier when we visit Felixstow and leave very early so not tried the breakfast.

"Good hotel very near the seafront"
Great location near the Seafront with plenty of parking.
This hotel is located 5 mins from the seafront and ideally located if you are looking to get away for a few days. The hotel has a restaurant on site but there are plenty of places to eat nearby if you wanted to eat at different places. The rooms are comfy with tea & coffee facilities and beds were firm but comfortable. We are a family of 4 and so the rooms are a little Small nowadays as the kids are 15 but great for a couple. Good size TV in every room.
There is an indoor pool nearby which we have used and the seafront has a nice promenade to walk along. Felixstowe has a quaint town centre just back from the seafront.

"Great stay! Best nights sleep."
Really lovely spotlessly clean well equipped rooms. Super comfy bed and delicious breakfast. Parking and check in super easy. Location excellent, short stroll to the shops and seafront. The only slight negative is the shower over the bath, the bath sides are very high and for anyone short like me (5ft 4) it's a challenge getting in and out. Even my 6ft 2 husband struggled. Maybe consider an accessible room if your on the shorter side.
